Hence, the Style No. 9451. 9465 mentioned in export item No. 2 may be amended to read as Style No. SP09D000520 against the advance authorization in question.

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that advance licence in question is of the year 2003 and the relevant Public Notice No. 42(RE: 2008)/2004-2009 dated 4th July, 2008 permitting Furnace Oil has been issued in the year 2008. Hence, in this case Furnace Oil cannot be allowed. Hence, Committee was constrained to reject the request of the firm. Firm may be informed accordingly.

PRO version Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that reply given by firm with regard to clarification for export product as to whether the same is composition of Nylon or Polyester or 100% Nylon or 100% Polyester is vague, which requires amendment in the application. In view of this Committee decided to advise the applicant firm to approach R.A for amendment in the application of A/A accordingly before consideration of NC. Further, the width of fabric mentioned is also vague, in absence of specific width of fabric; the quantitative requirement of input cannot be established. The Committee was therefore constrained to maintain the status quo in this case. Firm may be informed accordingly.

(i) Item of import at S.No.1 i.e Acrylic Fibre (1.5 – 3.5D) may be allowed with 5% wastage. (ii) Item of import at S.No.2 i.e Acrylic Fibre (3 –5D) may be disallowed and deleted from the list. (iii) Item of import at S.No.3 i.e Cationic Dyes may be allowed with 2% wastage by weight of Acrylic in

ZMBT (Rubber Accelerator) 0.013 kg/Sq mtr of export. Wingstyl L (Rubber anti- oxidant) 0.013 kg/Sq mtr of export. Calcium Carbonate filler 0.184 kg/Sq mtr of export. Acid dyes/Cationic Dyes 0.02 kg/ kg BCF Nylon yarn in the export product. Chemicals (Tanasprint ST 160 Xtrme) 0.02 kg/kg of export. The values of dyes and Chemicals shall be restricted to 14% of FOB Value within the overall CIF Value of the Licenses. It is mentioned here that the Qty. of inputs mentioned above was computed taking into consideration the GSM-750+/-10. As in the A/A in question, the GSM has been mentioned 790+/-10; therefore R.A may decide this case by calculating the corresponding Qty. of each inputs taking into consideration the GSM-790+/-10.
The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.
