Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and in consultation with the representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting decided to correct the Style No. of export item.No.2 mentioned in the minutes of NC meeting held on 02.10.2008 as requested by the firm. Hence, the Style No. 9451. 9465 mentioned in export item No. 2 may be amended to read as Style No. SP09D000520 against the advance authorization in question.

Faridabad F.No. 01/84/162/291/AM-08/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0510203031 dated 27.04.2007 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and handed over the relevant case file to the representative of DC (MSME) for their examination and comments.

         It was therefore decided to defer the case for re-listing on 05.02.2009.

M/s Loyal Textile Mills Ltd. Kovilpatti F.No. 01/84/50/594/AM-05/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.03510011279 dated 30.12.2003 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that advance licence in question is of the year 2003 and the relevant Public Notice No. 42(RE: 2008)/2004-2009 dated 4th July, 2008 permitting Furnace Oil has been issued in the year 2008. Hence, in this case Furnace Oil cannot be allowed. Hence, Committee was constrained to reject the request of the firm. Firm may be informed accordingly.

Case No. 543

M/s Riding House, Kanpur F.No. 01/84/50/143/AM-09/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0610013467 dated 02.06.2008 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009.

PRO version Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that reply given by firm with regard to clarification for export product as to whether the same is composition of Nylon or Polyester or 100% Nylon or 100% Polyester is vague, which requires amendment in the application. In view of this Committee decided to advise the applicant firm to approach R.A for amendment in the application of A/A accordingly before consideration of NC. Further, the width of fabric mentioned is also vague, in absence of specific width of fabric; the quantitative requirement of input cannot be established. The Committee was therefore constrained to maintain the status quo in this case. Firm may be informed accordingly.

Case No. 544

M/s Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd. Faridabad F.No. 01/84/50/329/AM-09/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0710060255 dated 03.10.2008 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda and decided to ratify the advance authorizations issued in this case as per written comments of DC (MSME) vide their U.O No. 37 (5)/70/2008-09/Hosy. dated 12.01.2009 as detailed below: - Export Product Import Item Qty. allowed Ladies Jacket made of 98% cotton, 2% Spandex (Style No. F1216). 98% cotton, 2% Spandex fabric, GSM- 180+/-10% 2.67 Sq mtrs/Pc

The GSM shall match on both side of export and import. The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

Trichy F.No. 01/84/50/166/AM-09/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0410096646 dated 20.06.2008 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and after detailed

Ltd, Guntur F.No. 01/84/50/316/AM-09/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0910035349 dated 22.09.2008 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and after detailed deliberations in consultation with representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting decided to ratify the advance authorization issued in this case by allowing 5% wastage on net content of Gipe Yarn in the export item. The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

M/s Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. Kolkata F.No. 01/84/50/113/AM-08/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0210102496 dated 19.07.2007 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and perused the technical literature given by the firm and observed that Qty. already allowed by NC in its meeting 25.10.2007 is adequate hence, no enhancement is justified thereon. In view of this Committee decided to maintain status quo in this case.

Ludhiana F.No. 01/84/50/96/AM-08/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.3010055042 dated 14.02.2008 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that firm have not given justification for asking higher range of denierage more than as permissible in terms of General Note for Textile No. 1. Hence, Committee after detailed deliberations in consultation with representatives of technical authorities present in the meeting decided to ratify the advance authorization issued in this case as detailed below:-

(i) Item of import at S.No.1 i.e Acrylic Fibre (1.5 – 3.5D) may be allowed with 5% wastage. (ii) Item of import at S.No.2 i.e Acrylic Fibre (3 –5D) may be disallowed and deleted from the list. (iii) Item of import at S.No.3 i.e Cationic Dyes may be allowed with 2% wastage by weight of Acrylic in

PRO version export item. (iv) Item of import at S.No.4 i.e Dyes and Chemicals shall be restricted to 14% of FOB value within the overall CIF value of the licence in terms of General Note for Textiles at S.No.5. (v) Items of import at S.No.5 to 10 may be allowed as per Packing Policy.

The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.

Case No. 550

M/s Drishti Apparels, Gurgaon F.No. 01/84/50/766/AM-04/DES-V Ratification of input output norms against Advance Authorization No.0510122397 dated 31.03.2004 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and decided to refer the case to DC (MSME) for their examination and comments. The case stands deferred for re-listing on 05.02.2009.

dated 25.02.2008 – under Para 4.7 of HBP (Vol.I) 2004-2009. Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that earlier decision of NC taken in its meeting held on 29.05.2008 as per recommendations of DC (MSME), which was based on CAD/CAM. Hence, no enhancement is possible. In view of this Committee decided to maintain status quo in this case.

Synthetic Rubber Latex SBR (67% TSC) 0.516 kg/Sq mtr of export. Oelic Acid Soap (75% TSC) 0.261 kg/Sq mtr of export. ZDEC (Rubber Accelerator) 0.018 kg/Sq mtr of export. ZMBT (Rubber Accelerator) 0.013 kg/Sq mtr of export. Wingstyl L (Rubber anti- oxidant) 0.013 kg/Sq mtr of export. Calcium Carbonate filler 0.184 kg/Sq mtr of export. Acid dyes/Cationic Dyes 0.02 kg/ kg BCF Nylon yarn in the export product. Chemicals (Tanasprint ST 160 Xtrme) 0.02 kg/kg of export. The values of dyes and Chemicals shall be restricted to 14% of FOB Value within the overall CIF Value of the Licenses. It is mentioned here that the Qty. of inputs mentioned above was computed taking into consideration the GSM-750+/-10. As in the A/A in question, the GSM has been mentioned 790+/-10; therefore R.A may decide this case by calculating the corresponding Qty. of each inputs taking into consideration the GSM-790+/-10.

The R.A shall be advised to take necessary action subject to compliance of other usual conditions.
