Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that as per firm’s letter dated 03.06.2008 they have sought for modification of input output norms. The Committee opined that the proposal for modification of SION is considered on the basis of Industry data of last three years of 4-5 different firms received from concerned Export Promotion Council. In view of this Committee observed that there is a procedural lapse on the part of applicant firm for processing their proposal for modification of SION. Hence, it was decided to reject the case.
