1. सह-िवकासकता# ने 12.06.2025 को ईमेल के मायम से िवतरण सब+टेशन भवन उ|यन के लए सामnी क सूची S+तुत क है। माल क अनुमािनत लागत 4,899,785/- लाख 5पये है।
2. सह-डेवलपर ने 19.06.2025 को ईमेल के मायम से सामnी क सूची (डpाई टाइप ड+टpीqयूशन टpांसफॉम#र और ICOG पैनल) S+तुत क है। माल क अनुमािनत लागत 4,300,650/- लाख 5पये है।

The following is the list of materials as required by the Co-Developer:

1. The Co-Developer vide email dated 12.06.2025 has submitted List of Material for Distribution Substation Building Upgradation. The estimated cost of the goods is Rs. 4,899,785/- Lakhs.

Decision: After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal for List of Material i.e. Distribution Substation Building Upgradation and (Dry type Distribution Transformers and ICOG Panels) at SEEPZ Special Economic Zone, Andheri East, Mumbai- 400096. The unit requested for Additional List of Services which are not covered under default list of services as per details given below: Sr. No. List of Additional Services Justification 1 Any Other Services as approved by DC Offices. (Society Repairs & Maintenance Services) Their Society is formed named SDF-VII SEEPZ Premises Co-Op. Soc. Ltd which is charging them society repairs & maintenance charges. This was earlier charged by MIDC. The said services are for the Management, maintenance, and repair services provided to assist their organization in effectively maintaining and repairing property such as building & premises. िनण#य:- िवचार-िवमश# के बाद, सिम त ने अ त:र सेवाओं को शािमल करने के S+ताव को +थिगत कर िदया, AयYिक एसडीएफ-VII सीज़ प:रसर सहकारी सिम त लिमटेड नामक सोसायटी माLयता Sाz िनकाय नह है। नतीजतन, उ सोसायटी [ारा Sदान क गई सेवाओं पर लागू कर लागू हYगे, और एसईजेड इकाई के अ धकृत संचालन के तहत कर लाभ के लए पाZ नह हो सकते ह`।

Decision: After deliberation, the Committee rejected the proposal for inclusion of additional services, as the society named SDF-VII SEEPZ Premises Co- operative Society Ltd. is not a recognized body.As per SEZ act , rule and instructions only Developer, codeveloper and unit is recongnised and Society is neither unit or codeveloper Consequently, the services rendered by the said society would attract applicable taxes, and may not be eligible for tax benefits under authorized operations of the SEZ unit. काय#सूची मद सं 27: संल~ एफएसआर [05 सं'या] के अनुसार इकाइयY के Sदश#न क िनगरानी।

The export and import data for the period 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 was retrieved from NSDL for cross verification with data submitted by them in the APR and same was found satisfactory. त ने 2020-21, 2021- 22, 2022-23 और 2023-24 क अव ध के लए इकाई के Sदश#न पर यान िदया AयYिक इकाई ने सेज िनयम 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार संचयी आधार पर सकाराeमक एनएफई हासल िकया था। सिम त ने भी िनदdश िदया क i. 2021-22 और 2023-24 क अव ध के लए वाCषक :रपोट# S+तुत करने म देरी के लए इकाई को कारण बताओ नोिटस जारी करने के लए कार#वाई शुJ करे। ii. इकाई को 5 1996115.58/- का बकाया चुकाना होगा। iii. इकाई को लंिबत िवदेशी मुा Sािz का भुगतान करना होगा। iv. उप-लीज़ समझौते के िनण#य म तेजी लाना होगा।
