िनणय: िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिमत ने मंMालय के िदनांक 18.10.2021 के िनदJश संया 109 के अनुसार कंपनी के नाम म प:रवतन के लए इकाई के H.ताव को मंजूरी दे दी। इसके अलावा, सिमत ने इकाई को िदनांक 18.10.2021 के िनदJश संया 109 के अनुसार शतN का पालन करने का भी िनदJश िदया। Decision: After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of the unit for Change in Name of the Company in terms of MOC&I Instruction no. 109 dated 18.10.2021. Further, the Committee also directed the unit to comply with the conditions as per Instruction no. 109, dated 18.10.2021. कायसूची मद सं 03: सेवाओं क अत:र सूची के लए मेसस वेबफाई सDवसेज (इंडया) Hाइवेट लिमटेड से आवेदन HाO हुआ।

Agenda Item No. 03: Application received from M/s. Webify Services (India) Pvt. Ltd for Additional List of Services.

The unit vide letter dated 04.02.2025 has requested for Additional List of services for their Authorized Operations are as under: Sr. No. List of Approved Services Justification 1. Club Association Services The services we availed for Export Promotion Council Membership from EPCES for EOUs and SEZs and this is mandatory requirement as per Rule 2 (1-zg) of SEZ Rules 2006. 2 Business Auxiliary Services These are essentially back office services, which we outsourced to contractors. These services are availed primarily to support our main business activities and to facilitate smooth functioning of the Company. Even, though these are routine services, these are vital for performing the authorized operations of the company. We take this service for payroll related services. िनणय: िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिमत ने केवल एक सेवा अथात [Pब एसोसएशन सेवाएं] को मंजूरी दी जो केवल Qयापा:रक मामल1 तक ही सीिमत है अथात ईपीसीईएस। Decision: After deliberation, the Committee approved only one of the services i.e. [ Club association services] restricted to trade matters only i.e. EPCES.Regarding Buisness auxiliary services the unit failed to justify outside SEZ how can Specified officer give tax benefits ?

AEML SEEPZ Limited for List of Material required for implementation of reduction of tariff charges for electricity at SEEPZ Special Economic Zone, Andheri East, Mumbai- 400096.

सह-डेवलपर ने सीज़ िवशेष आSथक ेM म िबजली के लए टै:रफ़ शु=क म कमी के कायाTवयन के लए 11408.44 करोड़ Yपये क सामVी क सूची के अनुमोदन के लए अनुरोध िकया। चाटड इंजीिनयर 3ी िवजय डी. खामकर [ारा Hमा\णत िदनांक 31.12.2024 के पM के अनुसार। िनDदC अधकारी, एसईईपीजेड-एसईजेड ने िदनांक 20.03.2025 के पM [ारा सामिVय1 क सूची का स]यापन िकया था। िनणय: िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिमत ने सीज़ िवशेष आSथक ेM, अंधेरी ई.ट, मुंबई- 400096 म िबजली के लए टै:रफ़ शु=क म कमी के कायाTवयन के लए आवUयक सामVी क सूची के H.ताव को .थिगत कर िदया और मेसस एईएमएल सीज़ लिमटेड को िनदJश िदया िक H.ताव H.तुत करने से पहले एमईआरसी से अनुमोदन HाO कर। ने.ट-II के लए 7 करोड़ और ने.ट-I के लए 2 करोड़ क अनुमत दी गई। The Co-Developer requested for the approval for list of material worth Rs. 11408.44/- Lakh for implementation of reduction of tariff charges for electricity at SEEPZ Special Economic Zone. Vide letter dated 31.12.2024 certified by the Chartered Engineer Mr. Vijay. D. Khamkar dated 26.12.2024. The Specified Officer, SEEPZ-SEZ vide letter dated 20.03.2025 had verified the list of materials. Decision : After deliberation, the Committee Partially approved the proposal of the Co-Developer i.e. allowed material for electricity infrastructure Rs.7 Crore for NEST – II & 2 Crore for NEST –I and for remaining list of material the Committe directed M/s. AEML SEEPZ Limited to first take approval from MERC before submission of proposal required for implementation of reduction of tariff charges for electricity at SEEPZ Special Economic Zone, Andheri East, Mumbai- 400096. कायसूची मद सं 05: मेसस ^लोबल Kवैलरी Hाइवेट लिमटेड से सभी .वीकाय व.तुओं (10,000 पीसीएस) को हीरे/रंग से सजाने के बाद या िबना कमती धातु के िनयात के लए आयात करने क अनुमत के लए आवेदन HाO हुआ। Agenda Item No. 05 : Application received from M/s. Global Jewellery Pvt. Ltd for permission to Import All Allowable Items (10,000 PCS) for exporting the same after adoring with diamond/color with or without precious metal. इकाई ने सभी .वीकाय व.तुओं (10,000 पीसीएस) के आयात क अनुमत के लए आवेदन H.तुत िकया है, तािक उTह बहुमू=य धातु के साथ या उसके िबना हीरे/रंग से अलंकृत करके िनयात िकया जा सके। The unit has submitted the application for permission to Import All Allowable Items (10,000 PCS) for exporting the same after adoring with diamond/color with or without precious metal.

िनणय: िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिमत ने H.ताव को .थिगत कर िदया तथा िनदJश िदया िक यिद वे माल का िव.तृत िववरण H.तुत कर तो िवकास आयु कायालय अनुमत दे देगा। Decision: After deliberation, the Committee deferred the proposal, stating that a detailed description of the goods is required to consider the proposal. Ltd (Unit-II) LOA No. SEEPZ- SEZ/IA-I/NUS/G&J/04/2015-16/02407, Dated 17.02.2022 into M/s. Gold Star Jewellery Pvt. Ltd LOA No. SEEPZ SEZ/NUS/APL/GJ/243/99-00/V-III/07728, Dated 09.07.2020. Further, the Committee also directed the unit to comply with the following safeguards in terms of Instruction no. 109, dated 18.10.2021.

मेसस ई-ए_फेसस स.ट_स Hाइवेट लिमटेड ने 18.03.2025 से 17.03.2030 तक 5 साल यानी 2025-26 से 2029-30 तक के लए एलओए के नवीनीकरण के साथ मौजूदा मद1 म मता वृb के लए आवेदन H.तुत िकया था। इसका िववरण इस Hकार है: M/s. Ltd had submitted the application for Capacity Enhancement in existing items alongwith Renewal of LOA for further period of 5 years i.e. 2025-26 to 2029-30 w.e.f. 18.03.2025 to 17.03.2030. The details of the same are as under:

A. Capacity Enhancement of Item:- It is seen from above mentioned table the unit has capacity enhancement of their existing approved item i.e. Software Development Support Services from Rs. 49.20 Cr. to Rs. 94.10 Cr. िनणय: िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिमत ने सॉdटवेयर िवकास सहायता सेवाओं के मद1 म मता वृb के लए इकाई के H.ताव को 492000000.00 से 94100000.00 तक अनुमोिदत िकया। Decision : After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of the unit for Capacity Enhancement in items of Software Development Support Services from Rs 49.20 Crores to Rs. 94.10 Crores.

कायसूची मद सं 08: मेसस यूरोशाइन Kवेलरी वeस Hाइवेट लिमटेड से, 01.04.2025 से 17.03.2030 तक 5 वष क अत:र अवध अथात 2025-26 से 2029-30 तक के लए एलओए के नवीकरण सिहत िव@मान मद क मता वृb के लए आवेदन HाO हुआ। Agenda Item No. 08: Application received from M/s. यूरोशाइन Kवेलरी वeस Hाइवेट लिमटेड ने 01.04.2025 से 17.03.2030 तक 5 साल यानी 2025-26 से 2029-30 तक के लए LO A के नवीनीकरण के साथ-साथ मौजूदा व.तुओं म मता वृb के लए आवेदन H.तुत िकया था। इसका िववरण इस Hकार है: Euroshine Jewellery Works Pvt. Ltd had submitted the application for Capacity Enhancement in existing items alongwith Renewal of LOA for further period of 5 years i.e. 2025-26 to 2029-30 w.e.f. 01.04.2025 to 17.03.2030. िनणय: िवचार-िवमश के बाद सिमत ने सादे पीतल के आभूषण1 और जिड़त व.तुओं क मता को 1000.00 से बढ़ाकर 2500.00 करने के लए इकाई के H.ताव को मंजूरी दे दी। Decision: After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of the unit for Capacity Enhancement in items of Plain Brass Jewellery & Studded from 1000.00 to 2500.00. कायसूची मद सं 09: संलg एफएसआर [26 सं*या] के अनुसार इकाइय1 के Hदशन क िनगरानी। Agenda Item No. 09: Monitoring performance of the Units as per the FSRs [26 nos] attached. एफएसआर 91. मेसस एडवांस पावर ड.ले स.ट_स लिमटेड के 4 वषN क अवध अथात 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 और 2023-24 के लए Hदशन क िनगरानी। इकाई ने 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 और 2023-24 क अवध के लए चाटड अकाउंटट [ारा Hमा\णत एपीआर H.तुत िकया है। 2020-21, 2021- 22, 2022-23 और 2023-24 क अवध के लए िनयात और आयात डेटा को एपीआर म उनके [ारा H.तुत िकए गए डेटा के साथ 0ॉस स]यापन के लए एनएसडीएल से HाO िकया गया और इसे संतोषजनक पाया गया। FSR 91. Monitoring Performance of M/s. Advance Power Display Systems Ltd for the period of 4 years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24. The unit has submitted the APR for the period 2020- 21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 duly certified by Chartered Accountant. The export and import data for the period 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 was retrieved from NSDL for cross verification with data submitted by them in the APR and same was found satisfactory. िनणय: िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिमत ने 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 और 2023-24 क अवध के लए इकाई के Hदशन पर यान िदया eय1िक इकाई ने एसईजेड िनयम 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार संचयी आधार पर सकारा]मक एनएफई हासल िकया था। सिमत ने भी िनदJश िदया क 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 और 2023-24 क अवध के लए वाDषक :रपोट H.तुत करने म देरी के लए इकाई को कारण बताओ नोिटस जारी करने के लए कारवाई शुF करे। Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for the period 2020-21, 2021- 22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 as the unit had achieved positive NFE on cumulative basis in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules 2006. The Committee also directed to initiate action for issuance of Show Cause notice to the unit for delay in submission of APR for the period 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24. एफएसआर 92. मेसस अ:रवा Kवेलरी के 4 वषN क अवध अथात 2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23 और 2023-24 के लए Hदशन क िनगरानी। FSR 92. Monitoring Performance of M/s. Arriva Jewellery for the period of 4 years i.e. 2020-21,2021- 22, 2022-23 and 2023-24. the period 2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 found satisfactory. सिमत ने यह भी िनदJश िदया िक i. इकाई को Yपये 7,20,845.12/- का बकाया चुकाना होगा। ii. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 और 2023- 24 क अवध के लए एपीआर H.तुत करने म देरी के साथ-साथ सकारा]मक एनएफई HाO न करने के लए इकाई को कारण बताओ नोिटस जारी करने के लए कारवाई शुF कर। performance of the unit for the period 2020-21,2021- of SEZ Rules 2006. The Committee also directed that i. The unit to clear the outstanding dues of Rs.7,20,845.12/-. ii. Initiate action for issuance of Show Cause notice to the unit for delay in submission of APR for the period 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 as well as non- achieving positive NFE.
