AEML SEEPZ Limited (Co- Developer). सह-डेवलपर ने SEEPZ वशेष आfथBक ेR म बजली के टै=रफ शु?क म कमी के काया#Eवयन के लए 11408.44/- लाख hपये क सामgी क सूची के अनुमोदन के लए अनुरोध कया� चाट#ड# इंजीनयर 3ी वजय डी खामकर Tारा *दनांक 26.12.2024 को Lमा5णत पR *दनांक 31.12.2024 Tारा� नAदBC अ धकारी, SEEPZ-SEZ ने पR *दनांक 29.01.2024 के मायम से सामgय1 क सूची का सdयापन कया था�The Co-Developer requested for the approval for list of material worth Rs. 11408.44/- Lakhs for implementation of reduction of tariff charges for electricity at SEEPZ Special Economic Zone. vide letter dated 31.12.2024 certified by the Chartered Engineer Mr. Vijay. D. Khamkar dated 26.12.2024. The Specified Officer, SEEPZ-SEZ vide letter dated 29.01.2024 had verified the list of materials. मत ने मेसस# एईएमएल को व.तृत डीपीआर L.तुत करने और पूरे 5 वषY म bय का ववरण देने को कहा� स मत ने एमईआरसी के आदेश के साथ भू म क उपलUधता और अत=र बुनयाद< ढांचे के औ चdय के बारे म भी पूछा� लेकन एम/एस एईएमएल ने स मत के सामने सभी ववरण L.तुत नह कए, इसलए L.ताव differ कर *दया गया है और एम/एस एईएमएल को अनुमोदन के लए इन सभी द.तावेज1 को शा मल करते jए व.तृत डीपीआर L.तुत करने के लए कहा गया है�Decision :After deliberation , the committee asked M/S AEML to present detail DPR and spread out of expenditure in entire 5 years. The committee also asked the availablity of land and as well as justification for additional infrastructure with order of MERC . But M/S AEML didn't present all details in front of committee hence proposal is differed and ask M/S AEML to submit detail DPR incorporating all this documents for approval. काय#सूची मद सं 10: संलkन एफएसआर [15 सं)या] के अनुसार इकाइय1 के Lदश#न क नगरानी�Agenda Item No. 10: Monitoring performance of the Units as per the FSRs [15 nos] attached. एफएसआर 49. मेसस# नेयसा Pवेलरी ल मटेड-यूनट I के 1 वष# क अव ध अथा#त 2023-24 के लए Lदश#न क नगरानी� इकाई ने 2023-24 क अव ध के लए चाट#ड# अकाउंटट Tारा Lमा5णत एपीआर L.तुत कया है�2023-24 क अव ध के लए नया#त और आयात डेटा को एपीआर म उनके Tारा L.तुत कए गए डेटा के साथ 0ॉस सdयापन के लए एनएसडीएल से Lात कया गया और इसे संतोषजनक पाया गया�FSR 49. Monitoring Performance of M/s. Neysa Jewellery Ltd.-Unit I for the period of 1 year i.e. 2023- 24. The unit has submitted the APR for the period 2023-24 duly certified by Chartered Accountant. The export and import data for the period 2023-24 was retrieved from NSDL for cross verification with data submitted by them in the APR and the same was found satisfactory.

मत ने 2023-24 क अव ध के लए इकाई के Lदश#न पर गौर कया 7य1क इकाई ने एसईजेड नयम 2006 के नयम 54 के अनुसार संचयी आधार पर सकाराdमक एनएफई हासल कया था�स मत ने यह भी नदNश दया क i. इकाई को 69,756.11/- hपए का बकाया चुकाना होगा�ii. इकाई को 3 महीने के भीतर वदेशी मुmा Lाnत का भुगतान कर और एक महीने के भीतर Lा धकृत bापारी बWक से ए7सटशन L.तुत कर�iii. 2023-24 क अव ध के लए वाoषBक =रपोट# L.तुत करने म देरी के लए इकाई को कारण बताओ नोटस जारी करने के लए कार#वाई शुK कर�Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for the period 2023-24 as the unit had achieved positive NFE on cumulative basis in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules 2006. The Committee also directed i. The unit to clear the outstanding dues of Rs.69,756.11/- ii. The unit to clear the foreign exchange realization within 3 months time and submit extension from AD Bank within one month iii.
