िनणय: िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिमत ने एसईईपीजेड- एसईजेड म गाला सं या आईटी-15, एसडीएफ-VII, एसईईपीजेड-एसईजेड म 630 वग मीटर AेBफल म सोने, चांदी और 8लैिटनम के आभूषण6 (खनन िकए गए हीर6 से जड़े) और )योगशाला म उ5पािदत हीर6 से जड़े सोने, चांदी और 8लैिटनम के आभूषण6 के िनमाण और िनयात के *लए मेसस DरEस के िविनमाण इकाई क .थापना के ).ताव को मंजूरी दे दी। कमेटी ने यूिनट को अपने ए8लीकेशन म पाई गई किमय6 को ठीक करने और उनका पालन करने का िनदCश िदया। अगर पालन करने म कोई िदGत आती है, तो इस मामले को डेवलपमट किमHर, SEEPZ-SEZ के ऑिफस के Jयान म लाया जा सकता है।

Decision : After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Fiza Creations LLP had submitted the application for setting up of Manufacturing unit for Gold Jewellery Studded with Diamonds, Semi Precious Stone, Precious Stone and Cubic Zirconia and Plain Gold Jewellery, Studded Platinum Jewellery with Diamond, Precious and Semi Precious Stone and Synthetic Stone, Gold Studded with Lab Grown Diamonds, 925 Silver Studded Jewellery with Synthetic Stone at Gala No.89, Building SDF-III, SEEPZ-SEZ, admeasuring area 640.00 sq.mtr. The Committee also observed that the foreign partner has made a capital contribution through the FDI route.
