Further, the committee directed to comply with the following conditions : i.

The export and import data for the period 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 was retrieved from NSDL for cross verification with data submitted by them in the APR and same was found satisfactory. िनणय: िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम(त ने 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 और 2023-24 क अव(ध के ;लए इकाई के 2दशन पर hयान िदया GयOिक इकाई ने एसईजेड िनयम 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार संचयी आधार पर सकाराWमक एनएफई हा"सल िकया था। सिम(त ने यह भी िनदTश िदया िक इकाई को 2023-24 क अव(ध के ;लए वा/षक शुk लाभ (एपीआर) जमा करने म देरी के ;लए कारण बताओ नोिटस जारी करने हेतु कारवाई शु` करनी चािहए।

Decision: After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of the unit for the period 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 as the unit had achieved positive NFE on cumulative basis in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules 2006. The Committee also directed to initiate action for issuance of show cause notice to the unit for delay in submission of APR for the period 2023-24.
