After deliberation, Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Tecstaq Technology Solution Pvt Ltd.for setting up of a new unit in Nalanda Shelter Pvt Ltd. - SEZ, in terms of Rule 17 & 18 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

RBS Services India Pvt. ltd. for sharing of central facility of Network infrastructure, duty exempted assets and common area with a new SEZ unit of M/s. NWM Services India Pvt. Ltd. in terms of Rule 27(5) of SEZ Rules, 2006. After deliberation, the committee approved the proposal for reconsideration of sharing of IT infrastructure facilities with their other SEZ unit, as per Rule 27(5) of the 2006 SEZ regulations.

Notification :- Relevant provisions:
Rule 11(5) of SEZ Rules, 2006 “the Developer may, with the prior approval of the Approval Committee, grant on lease land or built-up space, for creating facilities such as canteen, public telephone booths, first aid centers, crèche and such other facility may be required for the exclusive use of the unit.” “As per Rule 11(5) of SEZ Rules, 2006 read harmoniously with Instruction No. 50 dated 15.03.2010, the facility developed by Developer/Co-Developer is meant for use of all units of the Zone. It does not restrict use of facility for any particular unit only which would render such facilities unviable.” d. Other Information: - Other information: M/s Nalanda Shelter Private Limited- (Developer), located at Blue Ridge Township, Near Cognizant, Near RGIP, Hinjewadi, Phase I, Pune has been granted Formal Approval Letter No. F.1/14/2017-SEZ Dated 31.09.2017.

The developer has enclosed following Documents:

Letter of confirmation of availability of space to Licensee at SEZ.
Copy of Board Resolution for authorized signatory. Further, the developer has submitted that:
The Service Provider shall obtain all the requisite licenses required for operating their business from the mentioned area.
The developer has stated that the ATM Machine Service shall be utilized by all employees of units as well as developer.
The Service Provider will not avail any tax benefits or any tax exemptions under SEZ laws. e. Recommendation: The proposal of the Developer for Leasing out Built-up space to vendor to provide ATM facility, in the SEZ premises may be considered by the Approval Committee, in terms of Rule 11 (5) of SEZ Rules, 2006.
