Agenda Item No.04: Approval for reconsideration of sharing of IT Infrastructure within both the
SEZ unit :
The Committee noted the clarification issued by MoCI, New Delhi vide letter No F.NO.K-
43013(16)3/2018-SEZ dated 06.02.2019 regarding the proposal of M/s. RBS Services India Pvt. ltd. for
sharing of central facility of Network infrastructure, duty exempted assets and common area with a new
SEZ unit of M/s. NWM Services India Pvt. Ltd. in terms of Rule 27(5) of SEZ Rules, 2006.
After deliberation, the committee approved the proposal for reconsideration of sharing of IT
infrastructure facilities with their other SEZ unit, as per Rule 27(5) of the 2006 SEZ regulations.
