लवचार-लवमशस के बाद, सलमलत ने एसईजेड लनयम, 2006 के लनयम 54 के अनुसार, प्रथम ब्लॉक अवलि के 5 वषों यानी लवत्त वषस 2019-20 से 2024-25 (अगस्त, 2024 तक) तक यूलनट के प्रदशसन को नोट लकया। जैसा लक नीचे लवस्तृत रूप से बताया गया िै:

• यूलनट ने प्रथम ब्लॉक अवलि के 05 वषस अथासत लवत्त वषस 2024-25 (अगस्त, 2024 तक) में संचयी आिार पर 231.95 करोड़ रुपये के अनुमालनत लनयासत के मुकाबले 30.46 करोड़ रुपये का लनयासत िालसल लकया िै ।
• यूलनट ने लवत्त वषस 2024-25 (अगस्त, 2024 तक) संचयी आिार पर सकारात्मक एन.एफ.ई 29.60 करोड़ रुपये (नेट लवदेशी मूल्य ( िालसल लकया िै।

Agenda Item No.04: Monitoring of Performance for M/s Infovision Labs India Pvt. Ltd., (LOA 01/2019-20)

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for FY 2019-20 to FY 2024-25 (Upto August, 2024) i.e. 5 year of 1ST Block Period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

➢ The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 30.46 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 231.95 Crores on cumulative basis for FY 2019-20 to 2024-25 (Upto August, 2024) in 05 years of 1st Block period . ➢ The unit has achieved cumulative positive NFE of Rs. 29.60 Crore in the fifth year i.e. 2024-25 (upto August, 2024)

Para 10 of the Minutes of the meeting of Noida - SEZ held on 01.03.2019 Proposal of M/s. RBS Services India Pvt. ltd. for sharing of central facility of Network infrastructure, duty exempted assets and common area with a new SEZ unit of M/s. NWM Services India Pvt. Ltd. in terms of Rule 27(5) of SEZ Rules, 2006. In this regard attention is drawn towards the proposal of M/s. RBS Services India Pvt. Ltd. for sharing of central facility of network infrastructure, duty exempted assets and common area (e.g. Cafeteria, Reception, Security Room, Academy area) with a new SEZ unit of M/s. NWM Services India Pvt. Ltd. in terms of Rule 27(5) of the SEZ Rules, 2006, has been forwarded to DOC vide their office letter dated 21.12.2018 with the request that DOC may issue an appropriate clarification on the proposed sharing of infrastructure as detailed below; Sr. no. Further, they had requested for sharing of the Central facilities given by the units which is as under; Data Centre/Hub Rooms Server-Server equipment such as domain servers, print server Common Network Infrastructure Common area e.g. cafeteria, reception, Security room, academy area. With reference to the above proposal, the unit vide letter dated 21.12.2018 sought clarification from MOC&I. MOC&I vide letter F.NO.K-43013(16)3/2018-SEZ dated 06.02.2019 has clarified that “with the approval of the competent authority the case appears to be falling clearly in the ambit of Rule 27(5) of the SEZ Rules, 2006”.
