Other Information: - M/s. Hella India Automotive Pvt. Ltd., granted LOA NO. SEEPZ-SEZ/NSPL-SEZ/HIAPL/16/2023- 24/649 dated 24.08.2023 (Original LOA), located at Ground Floor, 4th and 5th floor, Tower A, Nalanda Shelters Pvt Ltd – SEZ, RGIP, Hinjewadi, Phase – I, Pune 411057. DCP: 03.06.2024 LOA Validity up to: 02.06.2029 Reason for Broad-banding with Revision in Projection: The unit has submitted that, they are engaged into Engineering & Design Services and Development of new products therefore their customers want them to export this prototype as well. As a result, they will source materials, integrate them, and test them on their premises and after that they will export the product as a prototype. ADC’s Recommendation: The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 30.46Crores as against projected export of Rs. 231.95 Crores i.e. 13.13% for FY 2019-20 to 2024-25 (Upto August, 2024) in 05 years of 1st Block period (i.e. 2019-20 to 2024-25 (Upto August, 2024) The Unit was called for the reason why the Export was less than the approved projection. The Unit vide their mail dated 14.11.2024 clarified that they were expecting more business as their Unit was

operational in the month of March, 2020, that time, pandemic hampered their business globally and hence no contract got materialized therefore there were no exports in this unit, hence the Management decided to exit from SEZ scheme. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 29.60Crore in the fifth year of 2024-25 (upto August, 2024) on cumulative basis. i.e. 100 % As per SO’s report, the unit has 23 employees (Man – 17, Women – 06 = 23) as on 31.08.2024 i.e. FY 2024-25, as compared to the projected employment i.e. Total employment – 633 (Men – 506, Women – 127) Approval Committee may like toMonitor the performance of the unit for 5 years i.e. FY 2019-20 to 2024-25 (Upto August, 2024) of 1st Block period, in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.
