Ltd, Nalanda SEZ. After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of the Unit for Sharing of Common Infrastructure facilities with M/s Faurecia India Pvt. Ltd. in terms of Rule 27(5) of the SEZ Rules 2005, subject to the following conditions :

1. Both the Unit will place adequate Access Control System for Segregation of Operational Areas of both the units.
