ArcelorMittal Global Capability Centre Private Limited is Private limited company, incorporated on 01.03.2025 under Companies Act, 2013 having Registered address: Unit No. DTJ-108, 1st Floor, Plot No. 11, DLF Tower JASO Sukhdev Vihar, New Delhi, South Delhi, New Delhi 110 025, Delhi is a subsidiary of ArcelorMittal Netherlands BV. The Company proposes to set up an unit in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Pune to provide information Technology (IT) and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) to its group companies.
The main objective of setting up the SEZ unit to provide services in the IT & ITES segment. Such a set up would not only infuse new Investments into the State of Maharashtra but would also generate additional employment opportunities and additional earnings from export of services.
Company believes that the SEZ policy of the Government of India is a step in the right direction for development of India as a ‘hub’ for export of goods and services, for increasing foreign an domestic investment and for generation of employment. The policy’s fiscal incentives would enable Arcelor Group to maintain the cost effectiveness of its Indian Operations thereby encouraging significant future investments into India. Abrieft of the key attributes of the Company investment plans is reproduced below:
- To set up a facility for providing IT/ITES Services;
- To infuse new investments in the State of Maharashtra;
- To generate additional employment in the form of direct jobs;
- Generate additional export earnings from the export of business services;
- It is proposed to invest approximately INR 56 Crores (USD 6478 Thousand approx.) into the Project primarily towards purchase of new capital goods which would be funded entirely through capital contribution, advance against services from the group entities.
The Unit intents to set up a new SEZ unit at Ground Floor, Office number #1, #3, #4 and 3rd Floor, Office No. #3  Tower ‘A’, aVance II SEZ, Nalanda Shelter Private Limited – SEZ, Near Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Phase I, Pune 411057.
The main objectives of the Company are as follows:

Offering a wide range of services such as back-office operations, call centers, content development, data processing, human resources management, payroll, finance, accounting, analytics, supply chain, and research & development services.

Providing IT system development, software services, IT integration, software customization, quality control, testing, training, and R&D.

Offering advisory and support services in areas like business development, finance management, human resources, sales, and operational support for clients, including research and knowledge sharing.

Mtrs. located at Ground Floor, Office number #1, #3, #4 and 3rd Floor, Office No. #3  Tower ‘A’, aVance II SEZ, Nalanda Shelter Private Limited – SEZ, Near Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Phase I, Pune 411057.
Accordingly, the unit intends to invest Rs. 56.41 Cr with Projected Export of Rs. 1265.94 Cr with NFE of Rs 1260.94 Cr. along with the generating Employment of 1170 employees (Men – 700, Women – 470) within next 5 years.

“(5) The land or Build up space in the processing area or Free Trade and Warehousing Zone shall
