Recovery of differential duty of Rs. 18,36 652 /- along with applicable interest from M/S M/S Car Collective Online (Proprietor Shri Kunal Narang) (IEC- AAAPN4857G ), 501, Narang Manor, Plot No. 96-8 , 15" Road, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050 has failed to pay an amount of confirmed Demand of Rs. 18,36,652/-(Rupees Eighteen Lakh Thirty Six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Two only)14.06.2022.along with applicable interest in pursuance to Order-in-Original NO. 07/2022-23 dated of Now therefore ,in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of subsection(1) of Section 142 the Customs Act ,1962, |, Assistant Commissioner of Customs, PAS Section, Foreign Post Office ,NCH, Mumbai require and request that aforesaid outstanding amount of Rs. 18,36,652/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakh Thirty Six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Two Only) along with applicable interest should be recovered from any money Owing to/ payable to the aforesaid party by the officers of Customs and /or officers of central GST & Excise (who have in terms of clause (b) of subsection (1) of section 142 of Customs Act, 1962).
