Subject: Disposal of pending detained/confiscated goods in view of

Standing Order No. 03/Disposal/2003 dated 27.10.2003 issued by Commissioner of Customs (G)

This office is in process of issuing NOC for disposal of unclaimed/unaccompanied/uncleared & confiscated/detained consignments lying at different locations in MbPA warehouse pertaining to the following parties/IGM as per Annexure attached herewith.

यह कायालय संल न अनुल नक के अनुसार ननलखत पाटय/आईजीएम से संबं धत "वभ%न &थान पर एमबीपीए गोदाम म+ पड़ी लावा-रस/अ&वीकृत/अशु0 और ज2त/रोक ल3 गई खेप के नपटान के लए एनओसी जार3 करने क5 678या म+ है।

All concerned parties are hereby given 15 days time to come forward and clear the goods, failing which the Department shall dispose of the goods without giving further notice. Further, any valid objection, shall be brought to the notice of the undersigned within above mentioned 15 days.

      सभी संबं धत प< को आगे आने और माल खाल3 करने के लए 15 दन का समय

दया जाता है, अ%यथा "वभाग =बना कोई नोटस दए माल का नपटान कर देगा। इसके अलावा, 7कसी भी वैध आपि@त को उपरोBत 15 दन के भीतर अधोह&ता<र3 के Cयान म+ लाया जाएगा।
