Subject: AEO Outreach programme for expansion of AEO Entities.

Kind attention of all Importers, Exporters, Logistics Operators, Members of Trade and Industry Associations and stakeholders is drawn to CBIC Circular No. 33/2016 dated 22.07.2016, Circular No. 54/2020- Customs dated 15.12.2020 issued by CBIC, New Delhi.

    1. AEO Cell, Mumbai Zone-1, New Custom House is organizing an AEO Seminar. The AEO Seminar is scheduled on 15.12.2023 at 12:00 Noon at Dayashankar Auditorium, Ground Floor, New Custom House, Mumbai.
    1. This Seminar on outreach programme is being organized as a one-on-one session with Exporters/Importers/Logistic Operators for spreading awareness regarding AEO benefits & clearing doubts with regards to AEO (T1/T2/T3 & LO) accreditation.
    1. In addition to this, a facilitation helpdesk will be operational at AEO Cell, 15* Floor, Old building, NCH from 01.12.2023 to 31% December, 2023 for queries related to new applications for AEO T1/T2/T3 & LO.
    1. For the said programme, Shri Neelesh Rautkar, Additional Commissioner of Customs, AEO/Mumbai-1 and Shri Mahesh Kumar, Assistant Commissioner of Customs, AEO/Mumbai-1 has been appointed as Nodal Officer and Client Relationship Manager (CRM) respectively.
