MINUTES OF THE MEETING No. 20/08 HELD ON 29.8.2007 UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF Shri S.K. Prasad, Addl. DGFT.

The 20/08 meeting of Advance Licensing Committee was held on 29.8.2007under the Chairmanship of Shri S.K. Prasad, Addl. DGFT.

without any change.

        The Committee considered the subject Para 4.7 case as per agenda for fixation of Input Output Norms.

The Committee considered the case as per agenda and decided to defer consideration of the case for four weeks for wants of comments from the D/o IPP Accordingly the case may be re-listed on 26.9.2007.

The Committee considered the case as per agenda and noted the firm has not given replied to the deficiency letter dt. 16.7.2007 and decided to ask the firm about the past production of glass bottle for the last one year and corresponding consumption and excise

        The Committee reconsidered the subject Para 4.7 case as per agenda for fixation of Input Output Norms and in the light of

written comments of Deptt. of DC(MSME) forwarded vide their U.O. No. 25(1)SION/G&C/2006/Ch.II dated 17.8.2007 and decided to approve this case as per SION-1060. There is no need for revision of norms.

RLA concerned may take necessary action under para 4.7 of HBP as per above decision of NORMS COMMITTEE.
