Item No. 1 – CS Plate – The item to be allowed at 1700 MT with 2.7% wastage as applied for. 2. Item No. 2 – AS plate – The item to be allowed at 47.8 MT with 5% wastage. 3. Item No. 3 – AS rounds – The item to be allowed at 65 MT with 3% wastage as applied by the firm. 4. Item No.4 – Hollows to be allowed at 2304 MT with 10% wastage. Pipes to be allowed at 4175 MT with 2% wastage. (Total Allowed 6479 MT). 5. Item No. 5 – Blooms to be allowed at 10800 MT with 20% wastage (Taking clue from SION C797). As tubes / pipes at 4430 MT with 2% wastage. (Total allowed 5510 MT). 6. Item No. 6 – SS Tube – The item to be allowed at 17 MT with 2% wastage. 7. Item No. 7 – Casting/forging – there is only wastage of 3%. Import to be allowed as applied for by firm. The import weight is 300 MT which is to be incorporated along with quantity in number in the licence. 8. Item No. 8 – Welding material – The firm has only applied 250 MT. The firm has not given the calculation of welding material proposed for import. DHI recommend import of 150 MT which is around 2% of steel plate & tubes allowed. 9. Item No. 9 to 23 except item No. 11, 14 – These are components & to be allowed under GN4 with accountability clause. 10. Item No. 11 – Chain – The firm has not sought any wastage. To be allowed under GN4 with accountability clause. 11. Item No. 14 – Furnace maintenance platform – may not be allowed as it is not part of export product. 12.
