Quadron Business Park Pvt. Ltd. (Developer) The proposal of Leasing out built-up space to vendor for setting up EV vehicle charging station facility in SEZ premises was placed before the Approval Committee. After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of the developer for leasing out the space to vendor for setting up retail facility in SEZ premises, in. terms of Rule 11 (5) of SEZ Rules, 2006. Developer and Service provider shall adhere all the statutory compliances such as Fire NOC and other clearances required for setting up / running of such facility. 3. The facility will be for exclusive use of the employees of the units and the Developer. Agenda Item No. 03: Application for Approval of Addition of area with Revision in Projections submitted by M/s. eClerx Services Ltd in Quadron Business Park Pvt Ltd - SEZ The Committee has pointed out that the export turnover projection is not increased to sufficient extent compared to the area the unit is being added. The Committee has noted the submission made by the Unit representative that the projection is not commensurate with growth in the area on account of providing voice-based services which have lower billing rate. After deliberation, the committee approved the proposal of the Unit for Addition of Area with Revision in Projections, in terms of Rule 19(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006, as detailed below:
