एज0डा िवषय A 01 : िद 31.10.2025 को आयो2जत 94 व< बैठक के कायवृ8 क, पुि! । िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम4त ने 31.10.2025 को आयो2जत 94 व< अनुमोदन सिम4त क, बैठक के कायवृ8 क, पुि! क,। एज0डा िवषय A 02: 31.10.2025 को आयो2जत 94 व< बैठक के कायवृ8 के लए क, गई कारवाई Qरपोट । िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम4त ने 31.10.2025 को आयो2जत बैठक के लए क, गई कारवाई Qरपोट नोट क, है। एज0डा िवषय A 03: मेसस टेL@ट ा Rलोबल िबजनेस सOवसेज एलएलपी, के दशन क, िनगरानी । िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम4त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, इकाई के थम Tलॉक अव4ध के चार वषU अथात् िव8 वष 2021-22 से िव8 वष 2024-25 तक के दशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने थम Tलॉक अव4ध के चार वषU म0 (अथात िव8 वष 2021-22 से िव8 वष 2024-25 तक) 677.71 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात क, तुलना म0 849.98 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज@व ाX िकया है । इकाई ने थम Tलॉक अव4ध के चौथे वष म0 अथात िव8 वष 2024-25 म0 संचयी आधार पर 848.70 करोड़ Wपये अथात 99.85 % का सकाराZमक एनएफई ाX िकया है । SO Qरपोट के अनुसार, इकाई ने 31.03.2025 तक, 468 कमचाQरय[ (पुWष-327, मिहला-141) को रोजगार िदया है। एज0डा िवषय A 04: मेसस लसॉ\ट इं4डया एलएलपी, के दशन क, िनगरानी । िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम4त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, इकाई के थम Tलॉक अव4ध के पाँच वषU अथात् िव8 वष 2020-21 से 2024-25 के दशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने थम Tलॉक अव4ध के पाँच वषU म0 (अथात िव8 वष 2020-21 से िव8 वष 2024-25) म0 554.57 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात क, तुलना म0 80.62 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज@व ाX िकया है । इकाई ने थम Tलॉक अव4ध के पाँचव0 वष म0 अथात िव8 वष 2024-25 म0 संचयी आधार पर 80.62 करोड़ Wपये अथात 100 % का सकाराZमक एनएफई ाX िकया है । SO Qरपोट के अनुसार, इकाई ने िव8 वष 2024-25 म0 शू^य रोजगार दान (पुWष-00, मिहला-00) िकया है| अनुमोदन सिम4त ने िनOद! अ4धकारी को िनदKश िदया िक वह एनएसडीएल (NSDL) से ाX इकाई के िनयात-आयात आंकड़[ (अथात् 2जस अव4ध के दौरान इकाई कोचीन एसईजेड ज़ोन %े& म0 कायरत थी) का सZयापन, आरजीए

इन_ा@ट चर एसईजेड, ब0गलुW, कनाटक (कोचीन एसईजेड के अंतगत) के िनOद! अ4धकारी से दो माह क, अव4ध के भीतर ाX कर0। अनुमोदन सिम4त ने िनदKश िदया िक यूिनट के अगले Tलॉक पीQरयड के LOA Qर^यूअल ए)लीकेशन को जLद से जLद ोसेस िकया जाए और साथ ही वाड ोन िबज़नेस पाक ाइवेट लिमटेड-SEZ के @पे2सफाइड ऑिफसर से वेQरिफकेशन Qरपोट भी ायोQरटी पर जमा क, जाए। अनुमोदन सिम4त ने इकाई को िव8ीय वष 2021-22 एवं 2022-23 के लए आयात आंकड़[ के अनुसार आया4तत पूंजीगत व@तुओं (Imported Capital Goods) के मूLय[ म0 आवbयक सुधार के लए एपीआर म0 संशोधन करने का िनदKश िदया। अ.य% को ध^यवाद cापन के साथ बैठक समाX हुई।

Agenda Item No.03: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Telstra Global Business Services LLP After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 4 years of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2021-22 to FY 2024-25 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 849.98 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 677.71 Crores in 4 Years (i.e. FY 2021-22 to FY 2024-25) of 1st Block period.

The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 848.70 Crores i.e. 99.85% in the 4th year (FY 2024-25) of 1st Block period. As per SO report, the unit has achieved employment of 468 employees (Male: 327, Female: 141) as on 31.03.2025.

Agenda Item No.04: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Luxoft India LLP After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 5 years of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006. The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 80.62 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 554.57 Crores in 5 Years of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25. The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 80.62 Crores i.e.100% at the end of 5th year (FY 2024-25) of 1st Block period. As per SO report the unit has achieved NIL employment (Male:00, Female:00) as on 31.03.2025. The Approval Committee directed the Specified Officer to obtain the verification of the Export- Import data of the unit as obtained from NSDL (i.e. for the period the Unit was operational in Cochin SEZ Zone) from the Specified Officer of the RGA Infrastructure-SEZ, Bangalore, Karnataka under Cochin SEZ Zone within 2 months. The Approval Committee directed that the Unit’s renewal application for LOA for the next Block period may be processed,at the earliest and simultaneously the verification report from the Specified Officer of Quadron Business Park Pvt. Ltd.-SEZ. may also be submitted on priority. The Approval Committee directed the unit to revise the APRs for FY 2021-22 and FY 2022-23 to rectify the Imported Capital Goods values as per the Import data.
