इकाई ने थम Sलॉक अव4ध के पाँच वषU म0 अथात िव8 वष 2020-21 से 2024-25 म0 213.12 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात क, तुलना म0 217.76 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज?व ाX िकया है । इकाई ने थम Sलॉक अव4ध के पाँचव0 वष म0 अथात िव8 वष 2024-25 म0 217.74 करोड़ Wपये अथात 99.99 % का सकाराYमक एनएफई ाX िकया है । SO Qरपोट के अनुसार, इकाई ने िव8 वष 2024-25 म0 464 कमचाQरयZ (पुWष-306, मिहला-158) को रोजगार िदया है। SO Qरपोट के अनुसार, यूिनट ने 506 चालानZ (Invoices) के संबंध म0 DSPF नह; भरी है। सिम4त ने इकाई को एक माह के भीतर लंिबत DSPF भरने के िनद[श िदए ह\। अ.य% को ध]यवाद ^ापन के साथ बैठक समाX हुई।

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 5 years of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

The unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 217.76 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 213.12 Crores in 5 Years of 1st Block period i.e. FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25. The unit has achieved positive cumulative NFE of Rs. 217.74 Crores i.e. 99.99% in the 5th year (FY 2024- 25) of 1st Block period. As per SO report the unit has achieved employment of 464 employees (Male:306, Female:158) as on 31.03.2025. As per SO report the unit has not filled DSPF in r/o 506 Invoices. The committee directed the unit to file the

pending DSPFs within one month. Meeting ended with a vote of thanks to the Chair.

Projected Achieved Men 295 0 Women 109 0 Total 404 0 Reason for achieving less export and employment against approved projection: The unit has submitted the reason as under for less achievement of the projected Export and Employment: The unit has stated that the Lease Deed as well as the contract with the parent entity had expired, necessitating their decision to relocate (The unit has relocated from RGA Infrastructure-SEZ, Banglore, Karnataka under Cochin Zone to Quadron Business Park Pvt. Ltd.-SEZ, Pune, Maharashtra under SEEPZ Zone in July-2024 as per the approval of 120th BOA meeting dated 18.06.2024). Accordingly, the unit had submitted the relocation application and have received approval on 17.07.2024. Subsequently, the No Dues Certificate from the SO was issued on 06.05.2025, however, the units LOA expired on 01.03.2025. In the absence of a valid LOA, the unit was unable to commence any business operations. As a result the unit has not raised any export invoices for the past two years. e. Recommendation: The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 80.62 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 554.57 Crores in 5 years (FY 2020-21 to 2024-25) of the 1st Block period. The unit has also achieved a Positive NFE of Rs. 80.62 Crores on Cumulative basis i.e. 100% at the end of 5 th year (FY 2024-25) of 1st Block period (FY 2020-21 to 2024-25). The unit has achieved NIL employment (Men-0, women-0) as on 31.03.2025. As per the Specified Officer’s report, the unit imported capital goods valued at 0.14 Cr during FY 2021–22 and 0.41 Cr during FY 2022–23. However, the unit has inadvertently not reflected these imports in the APRs for the respective years. The unit is required to submit revised APRs for FY 2021-22 & FY 2022-23. Since the unit has been transferred from Cochin Zone to SEEPZ Zone, the dates of submission of APRs are not available in this office. Therefore, the committee may direct the unit to submit acknowledged copies of APRs for verification with respect to dated of filing of APRs. The Approval Committee may like to monitor the performance of the Unit for the 5 years FY 2020-21 to FY 2024-25 of the 1st Block period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.
