1. With reference to the above-mentioned investigation, it is informed that a draft list of interested parties based on the email received from various interested parties in response to initiation as per Trade Notice No. 11/2018 by various interested parties is mentioned in Annex-I.

2. All interested parties are requested to email NCV of their submissions filed (and future filings too) to all other interested parties with a copy to the investigation team (email ID: adg16-dgtr@gov.in, adv13-dgtr@gov.in, jd15-dgtr@gov.in and dir16-dgtr@gov.in.in the format given below at the earliest. (For email addresses please refer Annex-I). S.
