Subject: Interested parties list in the case of anti-dumping investigation concerning

imports of “Hexamine” originating in or exported from China PR, Russia and United Arab Emirates.

  1. With Reference to the above-mentioned investigation, it is informed that a list of the interested parties who have requested to be registered as ‘interested parties’ in response to Initiation Notification F. No. 06/01/2026 -DGTR Case No. AD(OI) – 01/2026 dated 16th
    March, 2026 as per Trade Notice No. 11/2018 is mentioned in Annexure-I.
  2. All interested parties are advised to forward the non-confidential version of their submissions (filed earlier and to be filed in the future) to all other interested parties at the earliest through SETU portal only. All future submissions to the Authority (Non-confidential versions) should always be marked to other interested parties. {For email addresses of the interested parties, please refer (to Annexure – I).
    While sending these emails, the following format should also be filled in: S No Party Name Interested party status (Domestic Industry / Cooperating Producer / Exporter / Importer / User or association etc.)
    Particulars of Document (Comments on PUC/PCN, Exporters Questionnaire /Importers Questionnaire/Preliminary Submissions etc.)
    Date of Filing
