Subject: Correction of email address in the interested parties list in Mid Term Review

(MTR) of anti-dumping duties concerning imports of “Décor Paper” from China PR.

1. With Reference to the above-mentioned investigation, it is informed that a list of the interested parties who have requested to be registered as an ‘interested party’ in response to Initiation Notification F. No. 07/15/2023 (Case No. MTR-03/2023) dated 28th March 2024 as per Trade Notice No. 11/2018 was uploaded on 7th May 2024.
2. It has been informed that there is a typographical error in the email addresses of certain interested parties. The interested parties list has been corrected accordingly. The revised interested parties list is enclosed as Annexure-1.
3. All interested parties are also advised to forward the non-confidential version of their submissions (filed earlier and to be filed in the future) to all other interested parties at the earliest with a copy to dd15-dgtr@gov.in, dir16-dgtr@gov.in, adg16-dgtr@gov.in, and adv13- dgtr@gov.in. All future submissions to the Authority (Non-confidential versions) should always be marked to other interested parties.
4. Due care has been taken in listing out all the entities which have registered themselves as interested parties or have filed comments/submissions before the Directorate in the present investigation. However, the Directorate must be intimated within a period of 7 days from the issuance of this notice, at the e-mail addresses dd15-dgtr@gov.in, dir16-dgtr@gov.in, adv13- dgtr@gov.in, and adg16-dgtr@gov.in, in case any interested party has, inadvertently been left out/ not included in this list or has been erroneously mentioned.
