EFC Logistics india Pvt. Ltd, was notified as "Customs Area" under the provisions of the Section & of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification No. 08/2015 dated 12.03.2015 notifying an area of 36830 SQM, Notification No. 23/2015 dated 9.6.2015 notifying an additional area of 1956 SQM & Notification No. 10/2016 dated 28.10.2016 notifying an additional area of 8460 sQM. In all the total area of 47246 SQM had been declared as Customs Area for the said CCSP M/s. EFC Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. Now, M/s. EFC Logistics India PVt. Ltd., has acquired and developed additional land admeasuring 7090 sOM mentioned in the Schedule below for their Container Freight Station Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on the under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Istikhar Baig. Commissioner of Customs (General), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, hereby notify the additional land as mentioned in the Schedule below of M/s. of M/s. EFC Logistics India Pvt. Ltd, as a place for unloading of imported goods and for loading of export goods subject to the strict observance of the Provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and other instructions issued in this behalf by the Government of India or Commiss ioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, from time to time. 3 Further under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Istikhar Baig. Commissioner of Customs (General) hereby specify the limits of the Customs Area added to the Container Freight Station as the area of land parcels within the Survey numbers of the land as mentioned in the Schedule below. Thus the total area of the CFS M/s. EFC Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., becomes 54.336 SQM.
