National Highway, 4B. Panvel-JNPT Highway, Village Padeghar, Taluka: Panvel, Maharashtra 410 206. of M/s. JWR Logistics Pvt. Ltd., was notified as "Customs Area" under the provisions of the Section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification No. 09/2019 dated 1.7.2019. M/s. JWR Logistics Pvt. Ltd., has acquired and developed additional land admeasuring 77,550 sQM mentioned in the Schedule below for their Container Freight Station as above. Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on the under Section 8(a) of the Customs Act, 1962, I. Istikhar Baig. Commissioner of Customs (General), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, hereby notify the additional land as mentioned in the Schedule below of M/s. JWR Logistics Pvt. Ltd, as a place for unloading of imported goods and for loading of export goods subject to the strict observance of the Provisions of the Customs Act, 1962 and other instructions issued in this behalf by the Govermment of india or Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, from time to time.

Further under Section 8(b) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Istikhar Baig, Commissioner of Customs (General) hereby specify the limits of the Customs Area added to the Container Freight Station as the area of land parcels within the Survey numbers of the land as mentioned in the Schedule below. Thus the total area of the CFS M/s. JWR Logistics Private Limited becomes 2,10,890 SQM.
