The area admeasuring 35632.75 SQM of M/s. Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation located at Plot No. 88 & 89, Sector-1, Dronagiri Node, Notified Area under section 8 of the Customs Act, 1962 vide Notification no. 04/2005 dated 04.02.2005 and 08/2009 dated 18.05.2009. M/s. Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation was appointed as ‘Custodian’ and “Customs Cargo Service Provider” vide notification No. 09/2009 dated 18.05.2009 which was further renewed vide Notification No. 23/2015 dated 13.05.2015 for duration of 5 years from 15.03.2015. The appointment was further extended for 5 years from 15.03.2020 vide notification no. 87/2020 dated 23.07.2020 under section 45(1) & 141(2) of the Customs Act, 1962 and regulation 10 of the HCCA Regulations, 2009 2. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 45(1) and 141 (2) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, B Sumidaa Devi, Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, hereby renew the appointment of M/s. Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation as ‘Custodian’ of the imported goods received at the Container Freight Station M/s.

Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation will also be the ‘Custodian’ of the Export Cargo brought into said Container Freight Station, for examination and stuffing till their exportation through Jawaharlal Nehru Port. 3.  Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Regulation 10 of the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations 2009, I, B Sumidaa Devi, Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH, hereby renew the approval of M/s. Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation as a 'Customs Cargo Services CUS/1787/2025-CCSP-O/O COMMR-CUS-GEN-NHAVA SHEVA I/3240921/2025 /2025 Taluka-Uran, District- Raigad, Navi Mumbai-400707 was declared as Customs

Provider' for the above mentioned Container Freight Station, subject to following conditions: i. The Custodian M/s. Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation, approved as Customs Cargo Services Provider for the said CFS shall abide by all the provisions of the Customs Act, 1962, the regulations under the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009, and other regulations, notifications, orders issued there under. ii. The duration of appointment of M/s. Maharashtra State Warehousing Corporation as ‘Custodian’ and as the ‘Customs Cargo Service Provider’ shall remain valid for a period of five (05) years from 15.03.2025.

iii. The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH shall have the right to review

the approval as ‘Customs Cargo Service Provider’ before the completion of five years for failure to comply with any of the Regulations of the Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations, 2009 or as per the directions of the Government of India.
