Postponement of Oral Hearing in respect of Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Jute product” originating in or exported from Bangladesh and Nepal from 10 June 2016 to 26 July 2016 at 3.00 P.M. Sir, Reference DGAD’s earlier mail informing about the public hearing on 10" June 2016 regarding the Jute ADD case. On account of request from various interested parties, the Authority has postponed the hearing to 26" July 2016 at 3.00 P.M. The venue would be conference Room, Jeevan Tara Building 4" Floor, 5, Parliament Street, New Delhi — 110001. 2. Please intimate your interest in the hearing and name(s) and address (ess) of the person(s) who are likely to attend the hearing on your behalf. No person other than those representing the interested party shall be allowed to attend the hearing. You will be required to submit five copies of the written submissions of the views expressed at the hearing/rejoinder thereafter within a time schedule as would be indicated on the date of the hearing.
