Corrigendum Notification

Subject: Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Seamless tubes,

pipes & hollow profiles of iron, alloy or non-alloy steel (other than cast iron and stainless steel), whether hot finished or cold drawn or cold rolled of an external diameter not exceeding 355.6 mm or 14’’ OD, originating in or exported from China PR.

No.14/2/2015-DGAD: Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act 1975, as amended from time to time (hereinafter also referred to as the Act) and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules 1995, as amended from time to time (hereinafter also referred to as the Rules) thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the final findings, vide notification No. 14/2/2015-DGAD dated 9th December, 2016 in respect of the subject anti- dumping investigation.
2. In partial modification thereof, necessitated because of typographically error in Duty Table, in row 1, in column 7, which reads as
Chengde Steel Tube Share Co., Ltd., China PR.
The said notification shall now read as
“Jiangsu Chengde Steel Tube Share Co., Ltd., China PR”.
