Initiation Notification
Subject: Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of ‘Axle for Trailers’
originating in or exported from China PR.
F.No. 14/17/2015-DGAD: Having regard to the Custom Tariff Act 1975 as amended from time to time and Custom Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti- Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 thereof, as amended from time to time the Designated Authority has issued the Initiation Notification vide Notification No. 14/17/2015-DGAD dated 28th December, 2015 on the subject mentioned above.

The following corrections are made in the said notification. The words “M/s Yorkshire Transport Equipment (India) Pvt. Ltd.” appearing in Para 1, 3 and 4 shall be corrected to read as “M/s York Transport Equipment (India) Pvt. Ltd.”

The first sentence of Para 13 viz. “The period of investigation for the present investigation is from 1st April, 2014 to 30th June 2015 (15 months).” Shall be corrected to read as “Domestic Industry has proposed the period of investigation for the present investigation from 1st April, 2014 to 31st March 2015 (12 months). However authority has determined the POI as 01st April, 2014 to 30th June 2015 (15 months) so as to undertake analysis on the most recent data”
