No. 7/3/2018-DGAD Government of India Ministry of Commerce & Industry Directorate General of Anti-Dumping & Allied Duties (DGAD) 4th Floor, Jeevan Tara Building, Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001 Dated: 24th April, 2018 To All Interested Parties Subject: Timeline to file Questionnaire Response in Anti-Circumvention Investigation on the imports of Jute Sacking Bags from Bangladesh initiated vide Notification No. 7/3/2018- DGAD dated 20th March, 2018 Reference above subject. Various producers/exporters of the product being investigated from Bangladesh have requested for extending the timeline to file questionnaire response in the abovementioned case. It is hereby clarified that the last date to file questionnaire response by Exporters/Importers/ All interested parties is 40 days from the date of issue of letter to all interested parties i.e. 13th April, 2018 is 23rd May, 2018. The Questionnaire was provided to the High Commission of Bangladesh with a request to provide the same to all producers/exporters interested in filing the response. The letters to all known exporters/importers as already stated above have been sent by post on 13th April, 2018. All interested parties may therefore file response by 23rd May, 2018.
