Subject: Anti-Dumping (AD) investigation concerning imports of “Jute Product” originating inor exported from Bangladesh and Nepal, initiated on 21 October, 2015.

Reference above mentioned Anti-Dumping investigation. On request of various interested parties (exported/ importers of the subject goods) for an extension in time line to file Questionnaire Response, in'view of enormous and detailed data required to be provided, the Designated Authority had granted an extension up to 8"" January, 2016. Many interested parties and the High Commission of Bangladesh have requested for further extension of time. The Authority has considered the same and considering the nature of industry and data complication effort required extended the timeline to file responses to questionnaires till 29"" January, 2016. Since the investigation is time bound, the extension now granted is final and no further request for extension would be considered by the Authority.
