that firm have mentioned export item covers but no size specification given and import item asked for is cushion (Feather Pad). It is not known that what type of bird feather is to be imported and whether there is any restriction thereon for import. The Committee, however felt that applicant firm can supply these item on the basis of Custom bond scheme, which would be more simpler. In view of this Committee was unable to finalise the norms and constrained to reject the case.

           RLA may take suitable consequential action accordingly.

Decision: The Committee considered the case as per agenda alongwith other relevant papers and observed that firm have erroneously mentioned the Qty. of fabric in Kgs instead of Sq mtrs. They have not given any size-wise

In view of this Committee was unable to compute the requirement of input and disallowed the additional input. In view of this Committee was constrained to reject the case.
