DGFT, CLA, New Delhi, but due to non fixation of norms, their case is pending for redemption of advance authorization. He further informed that Committee that their unit has been converted into EOU and they have to obtain NOC for operating EOU. He also informed that the norms are required for regularization of advance authorization. After detailed deliberations and in light of earlier decision taken in 31/82 meeting held on 02.11.2010 and 49/11 meeting held on 08.03.2011 and in consultation with technical authority present in meeting, decided to
