Imperial Jewels-Unit -II had submitted the application for setting up of new unit for manufacture and export of Studded Platinum Jewelry with glass lense, Studded Palladium Jewelry With Glass Lense, Studded Silver Jewelry with Glass Lense, Plain/Studded gold, Silver Jewelry & Combination thereof, Plain/Studded Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium Jewelry for repair/remaking & Combination thereof, Studded Gold Jewelry with Glass Lense at Unit No. 129B, 130 &131, SDF- IV admeasuring area 1271 sq. mtr. with an annual capacity of 3,30,000 pieces.
Decision : After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Imperial Jewels-Unit -II., for setting up of unit in SEEPZ for manufacture & export of Studded Platinum Jewelry with glass lense, Studded Palladium Jewelry With Glass Lense, Studded Silver Jewelry with Glass Lense, Plain/Studded gold, Silver Jewelry & Combination thereof, Plain/Studded Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium Jewelry for repair / remaking & Combination thereof, Studded Gold Jewelry with Glass Lense at Unit No. 129B, 130 &131, SDF-IV admeasuring area 1271 sq.mtr. with an annual capacity of 3,30,000 pieces.
Committee also directed the Applicant to furnish a copy of consent letter from Promoters regarding funding of project and also submit revised Form F w.r.t. item of manufacture.

M/s. Diamour Jewels Pvt. Ltd. had submitted the application for setting up of new

of Gold/Platinum/Palladium/Silver/Stainless/Alloy Based Metal Jewellery Plain And/ Or Studded With Diamonds, Precious, Semi- Precious Stones, Colour Stones, Pearls, Cubic Zirconia, Mounting in Gold/Platinum/ Palladium/ Silver, Silver Moels/ Masters/ Proto-Type, Plain, Casted, Semi-Finished, Silver Models, Mountings In Gold/Silver/Platinum/Palladium (Job Work), Rubber Moulds, Resin /Wax Output By Cam, Metal Moulds & Dies, INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS : Silver, Gold, Alloy metal band articles like Key, chains, Anklets & other house-ware or gift articles having 50% or more Silver content with OR without Studding of Color Stones OR low-cost Crystal Stones, Imitation Stones at unit no. 19, SDF - I admeasuring area 823 sq.mtr. with an annual capacity of 12,80,000 pieces. Decision : The committee observed that there is mismatch is in Items of manufacture in Online Form F & manual application. After deliberation, the Committee approved in principle the proposal of M/s. Diamour Jewels Pvt. Ltd., for setting up of New unit in SEEPZ at unit no. 19, SDF – I. Committee also directed the Applicant to furnish the copy of consent letter from family members of promoters regarding funding of project and also submit to revised Form F w.r.t. items of manufacture.

M/s. Aakash Jewels had submitted the application for setting up of new unit for manufacture and export of Cubic Zircona Stones Studded on Precious Metals, Plain/Studded Platinum Jewellery, Plain/Studded Silver Jewellery, Steel Jewellery Studded with Precious/Semi Precious Stones, Studded/Plain Gold Jewellery. at unit no.18, SDF-I, SEEPZ-SEZ, admeasuring area 376 sq.mtr. with an annual capacity of 1,69,000.00 pieces.
Decision : After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Aakash Jewels., for setting up of new unit in SEEPZ for manufacture & export of Cubic Zircona Stones Studded on Precious Metals, Plain/Studded Platinum Jewellery, Plain/Studded Silver Jewellery, Steel Jewellery Studded with Precious/Semi Precious Stones, Studded/Plain Gold Jewellery. at unit no.18, SDF-I, SEEPZ-SEZ, admeasuring area 376 sq.mtr. with an annual capacity of 1,69,000.00 pieces.
Committee directed the applicant to submit revised Form F w.r.t. items of manufacture.

Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Navbharat Carbon Company (Bombay) for mid-term projection of 3 years i.e. from 2022-23 to 2024-25 in terms of Rule 19 (2) of the SEZ Rules 2006. Agenda Item No. 07: Application for Broad Banding of Items of M/s. KP

The unit has submitted an application for Broad Banding of items. The details

And should be in compliance in terms of Instruction no. 91 dt. 28.11.2018 read with DGFT Notification no. 43/2015-2020 dt. 05.11.2018. The Committee also directed that the Mother of Pearl shall be sourced from overseas market only and will not be procured from domestic market. Agenda Item No. 08 :- Application received from M/s.
