Formal Approval No. & Date : F.2/172/2007-SEZ Dated: 01.10.2018. िनण य :- िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम+त ने मेसस अ!शया #लिमटेड-एसईजेड 56थत मेसस लQमीप+त बालाजी स लाई चेन मैनेजमट #लिमटेड के R6ताव को मंजूरी दे दी, जसम उनक कंपनी का नाम मेसस लQमीप+त बालाजी स लाई चेन मैनेजमट Rाइवेट #लिमटेड से बदलकर मेसस इ6कंदर पावर #लिमटेड करने के साथ-साथ शेयरधा>रता पैटन म बदलाव और कंपनी के िनदेशक मंडल म बदलाव को भी वाHणTय एवं उUोग मं'ालय, नई िदVी ारा जारी िनदWश संPया 109, िदनांक 18.10.2021 के अनुसार अनुमोदन िदया गया ।

Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved proposal of M/s. Laxmipati Balaji Supply Chain Management Limited located at M/s. Arshiya Limited-SEZ for Change of Name of their company from M/s Laxmipati Balaji Supply Chain Management Private Limited to M/s Iskandar Power Limited along with Change in the Shareholding Pattern and Change in the Board of Directors of the company in terms of Instruction No. 109, dated 18.10.2021 issued by MoC&I, New Delhi.

इसके अलावा, सिम+त ने इकाई को िनदWश संPया 109 , िदनांक 18.10.2021 के अनुसार िनBन#ल#खत सुरा उपाय8 का पालन करने का भी िनदWश िदया।

Further, the Committee also directed the unit to comply with the following safeguards in terms of said Instruction No. 109, dated 18.10.2021.

1. प>रवYतत इकाई के #लए अप>रवYतत जBमेदा>रय8 और दा+यZव8 के साथ एसईजेड ग+तिव+धय8 क िनबा ध िनरंतरता।

2. Seamless continuity of the SEZ activities with unaltered responsibilities and obligations for the altered entity.

3. प>रवYतत इकाई और उसके घटक8 ारा सुरा मंजूरी आिद सिहत सभी लागू पा'ता मानदंड8 को पूरा करना।

2 . Fulfillment of all eligibility criteria applicable, including security clearances etc, by the altered entity and it’s constituents. 3 . सभी राज6व/कंपनी मामले/सेबी आिद अ+धिनयम8/िनयम8 क RयोTयता और अनुपालन जो पूंजीगत लाभ, इ5[वटी प>रवत न, ह6तांतरण, करदेयता आिद जैसे मु\8 को िविनयिमत करते ह]।

3. Applicability of and compliance with all Revenue / Company Affairs/SEBI etc, Acts/Rules which regulate issues like capital gains, equity change, transfer, taxability etc.

4. इ5[वटी म प>रवत न/िवलय, िवभाजन, समामेलन या 6वािमZव म ह6तांतरण आिद से संबं+धत पूण िव0ीय िववरण तZकाल सद6य (आईटी एंड आर), सीबीडीटी, राज6व िवभाग और े'ा+धकार Rा+धकारी को R6तुत िकया जाएगा।

5. Full financial details relating to change in equity/merger, demerger, amalgamation or transfer in ownership etc. shall be furnished immediately to Member (IT&R), CBDT, Department of Revenue and to the jurisdictional authority.

6. मू@यांकन अ+धकारी को इ5[वटी के ह6तांतरण या िवलयन, िवभाजन, एककरण, ह6तांतरण और 6वािमZव आिद से उZप^ लाभ/हािन क करदेयता का आकलन करने का अ+धकार होगा, जैसा भी लागू हो और आयकर अ+धिनयम, 1961 क Rासंिगक धाराओं के तहत कटौती के #लए पा'ता होगी।

5 . The Assessing Officer shall have the right to assess the taxability of the gain/loss arising out of the transfer of equity or merger demerger, amalgamation, transfer and ownerships etc. as may be applicable and eligibility for deduction under relevant sections of the Income Tax Act, 1961. 6. आवेदक को राTय सरकार के Rासंिगक कानून8 का पालन करना होगा, जसम भूिम के पaे से संबं+धत कानून भी शािमल ह]।

6. The applicant shall comply with relevant State Government laws, including those relating to lease of land, as applicable.
7. आवेदक को सीबीडीटी को पैन और इकाई के े'ा+धकार िनधा रण अ+धकारी का िववरण R6तुत करना होगा।

7 . The applicant shall furnish details of PAN and jurisdictional assessing officer of the unit to CBDT. 8 . आवेदक को सभी अHभलेख8 म नये नाम या ऐसी cयव6था से पहचाना जाएगा।

8 . The applicant shall be recognized by the new name or such arrangement in all the records.

The M/s. Onnsynex Ventures Private Limited (unit) has submitted an application for approval of Transfer of FTWZ Goods by M/s. Planchas De Goma Industrial S.A, Client of M/s. Onnsynex Ventures Private Limited from FTWZ Unit at Arshiya Ltd., SEZ-Mumbai to FTWZ Unit at NSEZ, Noida.
िनण य:- मेसस ऑन सने[स वचस Rाइवेट #लिमटेड ने अनुमोदन सिम+त को सू+चत िकया िक उनके िवदेशी gाहक, मेसस लांचस डी गोमा इंड56टdयल एस.ए., 6पेन, ने रबर आउटसोल सामgी (बीओई संPया 1004459 िदनांक 26.03.2024, मू@य €116,292.60, 20 पैकेज, 21,352 िकलोgाम, 5,398 संPया) का आयात िकया है। प>रचालन दता के #लए, gाहक अब शेष माल (इनवॉइस संPया PIEXP-001FTWZ IN िदनांक 28.05.2025, मू@य €39,268.80, 13 पैकेज, सकल वजन: 13,393 िकलोgाम, 3,394 संPया) का अपने मुंबई FTWZ (अ!शया #लिमटेड, पनवेल, महाराDd) से NSEZ, लॉट 23, नोएडा, LOA संPया 10/03/2017-PROJ/8679 म 56थत अपनी FTWZ इकाई म इंटdा-FTWZ 6थानांतरण चाहता है। इसका उ\ेjय नोएडा FTWZ म 6टॉक को समेिकत करना है [य8िक खरीदार मुPय Oप से उ0र भारत म ह], जससे DTA खरीदार8 के #लए लॉ ज56टक अनुकूलन और लागत Rभावी Rेषण संभव हो सके। नोएडा म R6तािवत 6थानांतरण इस#लए चाहा गया है [य8िक सभी अपे+त DTA खरीदार (मुPय Oप से उ0र भारत, िवशेष Oप से आगरा के जूता िनमा ता) पास म 56थत ह]। माल छोटे, मांग-आधा>रत लॉट म जारी िकया जाता है, जससे खरीदार खरीद को वा6तिवक मांग के अनुOप बनाकर काय शील पूंजी का अनुकूलन कर सकते ह]। कई FTWZ से सोlसग करना ताCकक और िव0ीय Oप से अम है; इस#लए, आगे िवतरण के #लए नोएडा FTWZ म समेकन सबसे cयावहा>रक और लागत Rभावी तरीका है। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम+त ने मेसस ओ5Fसने[स वचस Rाइवेट #लिमटेड के R6ताव को मंजूरी दे दी, जसम मेसस लांचस डी गोमा इंड56टdयल एस.ए., मेसस ओ5Fसने[स वचस Rाइवेट #लिमटेड के gाहक, अ!शया #लिमटेड, SEZ-मुंबई 56थत FTWZ इकाई को उनके NSEZ, नोएडा 56थत FTWZ इकाई म MoC&I िनदWश संPया 117, प' संPया K-43022/24/2024-SEZ, िदनांक 24.09.2024 के अनुसार 6थानांत>रत करने का R6ताव था। सिम+त ने िनBन#ल#खत शतm का पालन करने का भी िनदWश िदया: i. शेष माल क पहचान अथा त रबर आउटसोल सामgी जसका घोिषत मू@य €39,268.80 है, 13 पैकेज, कुल वजन:

Decision:- M/s Onnsynex Ventures Pvt. Ltd. informed Approval Committee that their foreign client, M/s Planchas De Goma Industrial S.A., Spain, imported rubber outsole material (BOE No. 1004459 dated 26.03.2024, value €116,292.60, 20 packages, 21,352 Kgs, 5,398 Nos). For operational efficiency, the client now seeks intra-FTWZ transfer of the balance consignment (Invoice No. PIEXP- 001FTWZ IN dated 28.05.2025, value €39,268.80, 13 packages, gross weight : 13,393 Kgs, 3,394 Nos) from their Mumbai FTWZ (Arshiya Ltd., Panvel, Maharashtra) to their FTWZ unit located in NSEZ, Plot 23, Noida, LOA No. 10/03/2017-PROJ/8679). The purpose is to consolidate stock at Noida FTWZ since buyers are mainly in North India, enabling logistical optimization and cost- effective dispatch to DTA buyers. The proposed transfer to Noida is sought as all anticipated DTA buyers (mainly shoe manufacturers in North India, particularly Agra) are located nearby. Goods are released in smaller, demand-based lots, allowing buyers to optimize working capital by aligning procurement with actual demand. Sourcing from multiple FTWZs is logistically and financially inefficient; Therefore, consolidation at Noida FTWZ is the most practical and cost- effective approach for further distribution. After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Onnsynex Ventures Private Limited for Transfer of afore-mentioned goods on behalf of M/s. Planchas De Goma Industrial S.A, Client of M/s. Onnsynex Ventures Private Limited FTWZ Unit at Arshiya Ltd., SEZ- Mumbai to their FTWZ Unit at NSEZ, Noida as per MoC&I Instruction No. 117, vide letter No. K-43022/24/2024-SEZ, dated 24.09.2024. The Committee also directed to comply with the following conditions :

13,393 िकलोgाम, 3,394 नग चालान संPया PIEXP- 001FTWZ IN िदनांक 28.05.2025 के तहत, जो वा6तव म BOE संPया 1004459 िदनांक 26.03.2024 के तहत आयात िकए गए थे और अ!शया FTWZ से नोएडा FTWZ इकाई म 6थानांत>रत िकए जाने का R6ताव था, िववरण, मा'ा और वजन के संदभ म Rा+धकृत अ+धकारी, अ!शया FTWZ ारा सZयािपत िकया जाना है। इकाई माल के सुचाO ह6तांतरण के #लए पूरे लेनदेन का उ+चत द6तावेजीकरण/>रकॉड बनाए रखेगी। ii. इन सामान8 क पूरी लोnडग सुिन+oत करने के #लए Rा+धकृत अ+धकारी/िनCदD अ+धकारी, अ!शया FTWZ क उप56थ+त म क जानी है। िनCदD अ+धकारी िनगरानी करेगा और यह सुिन+oत करेगा िक माल का 6थानांतरण जीआईएस Rणाली से यु जीपीएस सम वाहन टdैpकग स6टम के मायम से िकया जाए। iii. नोएडा एसईजेड म Rवेश के समय Rा+धकृत अ+धकारी ारा माल क 100% जांच क जाएगी तािक संभािवत गलत घोषणा/Hछपाव को रोका जा सके। माल का 6थानांतरण पूरा होने पर इकाई डीसी काया लय, एसईईपीजेड को सू+चत करेगी। iv. इकाई इन व6तुओं के 6थानांतरण के दौरान एसईजेड अ+धिनयम 2005, एसईजेड िनयम 2006 और सभी लागू सीमा शु@क िविनयम8 के Rावधान8 का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुिन+oत करेगी । i. The identity of balance goods viz. rubber outsole material having declared value €39,268.80, 13 packages, gross weight : 13,393 Kgs, 3,394 Nos under Invoice No. PIEXP- 001FTWZ IN dated 28.05.2025, which were actually imported vide BOE No. 1004459 dated 26.03.2024 and proposed to be transferred from Arshiya FTWZ to Noida FTWZ unit is to be verified by Authorized Officer, Arshiya FTWZ, in terms of description, quantity and weight. The unit shall maintain proper documentation/record of the entire transaction for smooth transfer of goods. ii. The entire loading of these goods is to be done in the presence of Authorized Officer/Specified Officer, Arshiya FTWZ to ensure. The Specified Officer will supervise and will ensure that the goods are transferred in a GPS enabled vehicle tracking system mounted with GIS system. iii. The goods shall be subjected to 100% examination by Authorized Officer upon entry at Noida SEZ to rule out potential mis- declaration/concealment. The unit shall intimate DC office, SEEPZ, once the transfer of goods is complete. iv. The unit shall ensure strict compliance with the provisions of SEZ Act 2005 , the SEZ Rules 2006 and all applicable customs regulations while undertaking transfer of these goods. अय को धFयवाद rापन के साथ बैठक समाs हुई।
