िनणय: िनणय:- िवHतृत िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम$त ने माल के हHतांतरण के .Hताव को मंजूरी दे दी, अथात हो1ड / टaक सफाई रसायन, परी ण िकट, और उपकरण आिद, बीओई सं8या 8922394 िदनांक 17.03.2025, बीओई सं8या 5003499 िदनांक 12.08.2024, और बीओई सं8या 1001289 िदनांक 24.05.2024 के तहत आया$तत, मेसस सव]^र लॉAजGHटक सSवसेज .ाइवेट लिमटेड, जेएनपीए एफटीड\1यूजेड (आईएनपीजेएन 6), *ारा उनके 9ाहक मेसस एपेस केिमक1स (एस) .ा। क ओर से, मेसस ओG2सनेस वचस .ाइवेट लिमटेड, चे_ई एफटीड\1यूजेड (आईएनएनपीके 6) को। एपेस केिमक1स (एस) .ा. ल., एमओसीएंडआई िनद]श सं8या 117 िदनांक 24.09.2024 के संदभ म। अनुमोदन सिम$त ने आगे िनZनलखत िनद]श िदए: i. यह अनुम$त इकाई के िवWश? अनुरोध के आधार पर एक बार के उपाय के -प म दी जाती है, और इसे एक िमसाल या सामा2य अbयास के -प म नह% माना जाएगा। ii. इकाई माल के हHतांतरण से संबं$धत संपूण लेनदेन का पूण और सटीक Dरकॉड बनाए रखेगी। iii. माल क लोcडग .ा$धकृत अ$धकारी/िनSद? अ$धकारी, जेएनपीए एसईजेड क भौ$तक देखरेख म क जाएगी। अ$धकारी यह सुिन$eत करगे िक माल केवल जीआईएस-आधाDरत ट@ैFकग .णाली से लैस जीपीएस- स म वाहन म ही ले जाया जाए। iv. चे_ई FTWZ म .वेश करने पर, माल को चालान/पैFकग सूची के अनुसार सील, िनशान और सं8याओं के सEयापन के अधीन िकया जाएगा, साथ ही गलत घोषणा या Wछपाव क िकसी भी संभावना को रोकने के लए लॉट का याgGhछक िनरी ण िकया जाएगा । v.

.वेश करने पर, माल को चालान/पैFकग सूची के अनुसार सील, िनशान और सं8याओं के सEयापन के अधीन िकया जाएगा, साथ ही गलत घोषणा या Wछपाव क िकसी भी संभावना को रोकने के लए लॉट का याgGhछक िनरी ण िकया जाएगा । v. यूिनट को पूरे ट@ांसफर .ोसेस के दौरान SEZ एट, 2005, SEZ -1स, 2006, और सभी लागू कHटZस रेगुलेशन का स8ती से पालन करना होगा।.

Decision :- After detailed deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal for transfer of goods, viz. Hold/Tank Cleaning Chemicals, Testing Kits, and Equipment etc. imported under BOE No. 8922394 dated 17.03.2025, BOE No. 5003499 dated 12.08.2024, and BOE N o . 1001289 dated 24.05.2024, by M/s. Sarveshwar Logistic Services Private Limited, JNPA FTWZ (INPJN6), on behalf of their client M/s. Apex Chemicals (S) Pte Ltd., to M/s. Onnsynex Ventures Private Limited, Chennai FTWZ (INNPK6), on behalf of M/s. Apex Chemicals (S) Pte Ltd., in terms of MoC&I Instruction No. 117 dated 24.09.2024. The Approval Committee further directed as under: i. This permission is granted as a one-time measure based on the specific request of the unit, and shall not be treated as a precedent or general practice. ii. The unit shall maintain complete and accurate records of the entire transaction pertaining to the transfer of goods. iii. Loading of the goods shall be carried out under the physical supervision of the Authorized Officer/Specified Officer, JNPA SEZ. The officer shall ensure that the goods are transported only in a GPS-enabled vehicle equipped with a GIS-based tracking system. iv.
