(Original LOA No. SEEPZ-SEZ/NEW-SEZ/ROMA- TCS/01/2019-20/04378, Dated: 02.03.2020 इकाई ने ओलंपस बी, रोमा िब$डस" &ाइवेट )लिमटेड-एसईजेड, घोड़बंदर रोड, गांव कावेसर, ठाणे, महारा5O- 400 607 म पहली और दूसरी मं:जल पर कैफेटेJरया +थािपत करने क अनुम<त के )लए िदनांक 26.07.2022 और 16.01.2023 को आवेदन &+तुत िकया था।

The unit had submitted application dated 26.07.2022 and 16.01.2023 for permission to setting up of Cafeteria at 1st and 2nd floor, Olympus B, Roma Builders Pvt. Ltd. –SEZ, Off, Ghodbunder Road, Village Kavesar, Thane, Maharashtra- 400 607. अनुमोदन सिम<त क बैठक 28 अ&ैल 2023 को हुई। सिम<त ने एसईजेड िनयमC के िनयम 11(5) के &ावधान के अनुसार टीसीएस ओलंपस बी, आरबीपीएल-एसईजेड, ठाणे म कैफेटेJरया +थािपत करने के )लए मेसस" टाटा कंस$टसी सRवसेज के &+ताव को +थिगत कर िदया था 2यCिक उस +थान के )लए अि[ एनओसी िव3श5 नह= थी।

The Approval Committee Meeting held on 28 th April 2023. The Committee had deferred the proposal of M/s. Tata Consultancy Services for setting up Cafeteria at TCS Olympus B, RBPL-SEZ, Thane in accordance to the provision of Rule 11(5) of SEZ Rules as the Fire NOC for the place was not specific. इसके अलावा, सिम<त ने इकाई को &+ताव िफर से &+तुत करने का िनद\श िदया और िविनRद5 अ<धकारी को सभी अनुपालन के स^यापन के )लए इकाई के &+ताव क जांच करने का िनद\श िदया।

Further, Committee also directed the unit to re-submit the proposal and directed to Specified Officer to scrutinize the proposal of the unit for verification of all compliance. िविनRद5 अ<धकारी, रोमा-सेज ने िदनांक 28.04.2025 के प9 के मायम से इस काया"लय को स^यापन Jरपोट" &+तुत क है और कहा है िक कैफेटेJरया सुिवधा के िनयिमतीकरण के )लए टीसीएस ारा िनQन)ल)खत द+तावेज &+तुत िकए गए ह`।

The Specified Officer, ROMA-SEZ has submitted verification report vide letter dated 28.04.2025 to this office and stated that following documents have been submitted by TCS for the regularization of Cafeteria Facility.

सभी द+तावेजC का स^यापन िकया गया है और उह सही पाया गया है:

1. अि[ एनओसी (&थम तल और ितीय तल)
2. aयापार लाइसस (&थम तल और ितीय तल)
3. यूिनट म +थािपत व+तुओं क सूची जो शु$क के भुगतान पर खरीदी गई थी
4. उन व+तुओं क सूची जो शु$क के लाभ के साथ खरीदी गई थी (एओ और मू$यांकक ारा माल क जांच के बाद यूिनट को काया"लय प9 एफ. सं.एसईजेड1-15/6/2024-क+टम-सीज़/मुंबई िदनांक 21.08.2024 के मायम से शु$क का भुगतान करने के )लए कहा गया था। यूिनट से शु$क वसूल िकया गया है (शु$क का भुगतान &माण और bयाज चालान)
5. क` टीन सेवा समझौता िदनांक 31.03.2026 तक वैध

All the documents have been verified and found to be in order:

1. Fire NOC (First Floor and Second Floor)
2. Trade License (First Floor and Second Floor)
3. List of Items installed in the Unit which were procured on payment of duty
4. List containing items which were procured with benefit of Duty (After examination of goods by AO and Appraiser unit was asked to pay duty vide office letter F. No.SEZ1-15/6/2024- CUSTOM-SEEPZ/Mumbai dated 21.08.2024. Duty has been recovered from unit (Payment proof of Duty surrendered and interest challan)
5. Canteen Service Agreement Valid till dated 31.03.2026

िनण"य:- िवचार-िवमश" के बाद, सिम<त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 11(5) और िदनांक 11.06.2019 के िनद\श संXया 95 के पैरा 3 के &ावधानC के तहत कैफेटेJरया +थािपत करने के )लए मेसस" टाटा कंस$टसी सRवसेज )लिमटेड के &+ताव को मंजूरी दे दी। िववरण िनQनानुसार ह`: Area (in Sq. Ft.) Floor Seating Capacity 15,228 Sq. Ft. 1st Floor 690 28,876 Sq. Ft. 2nd Floor 1350

Decision :- After deliberations, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. to setting up of Cafeteria under the provisions of Rule 11(5) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and Para 3 of Instruction No. 95 dated 11.06.2019. Details are as under: Area (in Sq. Ft.) Floor Seating Capacity 15,228 Sq. Ft. 1st Floor 690 28,876 Sq. Ft. 2nd Floor 1350 अय को धयवाद eापन के साथ बैठक समाf हुई।
