VITP ाइवेट लिमटेड (यूिबस-एसईजेड) सह-डेवलपर Pारा व+Oडग मशीन के :थापना के लए :ताव सिम.त के सम# :तुत िकया गया। चूंिक व+Oडग मशीन क' :थापना म+ भूिम या िनJमत :थान का कोई पQा शािमल नहM है, इसलए सिम.त ने सू.चत िकया िक उ& :ताव एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 11(5) के अंतगत नहM आता है और इसलए इसे अनुमोदन सिम.त के अनुमोदन क' आवRयकता नहM है। एज+डा िवषय 5 04: मेसस ि5-सल लिमटेड के लए दशन क' िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम.त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, इकाई के िPतीय Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 के पाँचवे वष और तीसरे Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 के तीसरे वष म+ दशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने िPतीय Sलॉक अव.ध के िPतीय Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 के पाँचवे वष के लए 157.70 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 102.89 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने िPतीय Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 के पाँचवे वष म+ 571.04 करोड़ Wपये यानी 91.13% का सकाराXमक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है । इकाई ने तीसरे Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 के तीसरे वष के लए 346.52 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 408.02 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने तीसरे Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 के तीसरे वष म+ 399.98 करोड़ Wपये यानी 98.03% का सकाराXमक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है । यूिनट ने 31.03.2024 यानी िव2 वष 2023-24 तक इकाई म+ 433 कमचारी (पुWष-269, मिहला-164) को रोजगार िदया है। इकाई को िव2 वष 2020-21 के लए संशो.धत एपीआर को सही एनएफई मूIय के साथ दाखल करने का अपे.#त है। एज+डा िवषय 5 05: मेसस टCाईयाक हेIथ एलएलपी के लए दशन क' िनगरानी।

िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम.त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, पहले Sलॉक अव.ध के दो वष अथात िव2 वष 2022-23 से िव2 वष 2023-24 के लए इकाई के दशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने पहले Sलॉक अव.ध के दो वष यानी िव2 वष 2020-21 म+ 19.41 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 9.44 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने पहले Sलॉक अव.ध के दूसरे वष म+ 9.44 करोड़ Wपये यानी 100% का सकाराXमक संचयी एनएफई हा-सल िकया है। यूिनट ने 31.03.2024 यानी िव2 वष 2023-24 तक इकाई म+ 64 कमचारी (पुWष-27, मिहला-37) को रोजगार िदया है। एज+डा िवषय 5 06: मेसस सबइनो इं.डया ाइवेट लिमटेड के लए दशन क' िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम.त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, इकाई के दूसरे Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020- 21 के पाँचवे वष और तृ.तय Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 के तीन वष म+ दशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने दूसरे Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 के पाँचवे वष के लए 111.00 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 94.39 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने दूसरे Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 के पाँचवे वष म+ 372.52 करोड़ Wपये यानी 80.89% का सकाराXमक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है । इकाई ने तृ.तय Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 के तीसरे वष के लए 653.90 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 524.8 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने तीसरे Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 म+ 444.75 करोड़ Wपये यानी 84.74% का सकाराXमक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है । यूिनट ने 31.03.2024 यानी िव2 वष 2023-24 तक इकाई म+ 763 कमचारी (पुWष-609, मिहला-154) को रोजगार िदया है। यूिनट को जIद से जIद लंिबत डीएसपीपीएफ दाखल करना आवRयक है। एज+डा िवषय 5 07: मेसस ोलीिफस कारपोरेशनY ाइवेट लिमटेड के लए दशन क' िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम.त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, इकाई के पहला Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 के पाँचवे वष और िPतीय Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 के तीन वष म+ दशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने पहले Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 के पाँचवे वष के लए 13.60 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 3.94 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने पहले Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2020-21 के पाँचवे वष म+ 22.44 करोड़ Wपये यानी 99.54% का सकाराXमक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है । इकाई ने िPतीय Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 के तीसरे वष के लए 13.65 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 11.08 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने तीसरे Sलॉक अव.ध अथात िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 म+ 11.06 करोड़ Wपये यानी 99.77% का सकाराXमक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है । यूिनट ने 31.03.2024 यानी िव2 वष 2023-24 तक इकाई म+ 35 कमचारी (पुWष-17, मिहला-18) को रोजगार िदया है। इकाई को िव2 वष 2020-21 से 2023-24 के लए संशो.धत एपीआर को सही एनएफई मूIय के साथ दाखल करने का अपे.#त है। एज+डा िवषय 5 08: मेसस Zलोबनठ इं.डया ाइवेट लिमटेड के लए दशन क' िनगरानी। िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम.त ने एसईजेड िनयम, 2006के िनयम 54 के अनुसार, थम Sलॉक अव.ध के 5व+ वष यानी िव2 वष 2020-21 और िPतीय Sलॉक अव.ध के तीन वष यानी िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 के लए इकाई के दशन को नोट िकया। इकाई ने थम Sलॉक अव.ध के 5व+ वष यानी िव2 वष 2020-21 म+ 35.08 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात के मुकाबले 39.79 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने थम Sलॉक अव.ध के 5व+ वष म+ 242.72 करोड़ Wपये यानी 99.27% का सकाराXमक संचयी एनएफई हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने िPतीय Sलॉक अव.ध के तीन वष यानी िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 म+ 131.60 करोड़ Wपये के अनुमािनत िनयात क' तुलना म+ 397.40 करोड़ Wपये का िनयात राज:व हा-सल िकया है। इकाई ने िPतीय Sलॉक अव.ध के तीन वष यानी िव2 वष 2021-22 से 2023-24 म+ 395.82 करोड़ Wपये यानी 99.60% का सकाराXमक एनएफई हा-सल िकया है
