After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of the unit for addition of area admeasuring 12139 Sq.ft. along with revision in projections and directed the unit to increase employment considering the addition of Location.

Agenda Item No.05: Monitoring of Performance for M/s Persistent Systems Limited

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for FY 2020-21 to FY 2023-24 i.e. 4 years of 3rd Block Period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

• The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 416.42 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 612.68 Crores in 04 years of 3rd Block period i.e FY 2020-21 to FY 2023-24 • The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 410.73 Crores in the 4th year of 3rd Block Period on cumulative basis. i.e. 98.64%. • The unit has achieved employment of 358 employees (Men-250, Women-108).

Agenda Item No.06: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Neeyamo Enterprise Solutions Pvt Ltd. Unit 1

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for 5th year of 2nd Block period i.e FY 2021-22 (out of 5 years Block period of FY 2017-18 to FY 2021-22) and 1st year of 3rd Block period i.e FY 2022-23 (Out of 5 years Block period from FY 2022-23 to FY 2026-27) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.
