M/s. Qubix Business Park Pvt. Ltd (Developer) has requested for approval of Leasing out Built up space to vendor for Setting up of EV vehicle charging station facility in SEZ premises

After deliberation, the committee approved to lease out the space to vendor for setting up retail facility in SEZ premises, in terms of Rule 11 (5) of SEZ Rules, 2006.The vendor should abide by the instructions issued time to time by MoCI

Agenda Item No.03: Monitoring of Performance for M/s Harbinger Systems Private Limited (LOA 73)

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for FY 2019-20 to FY 2022-23 i.e. 4 years of 1st Block Period in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

• The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 20.19 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 39.78 Crores in 04th year of 1st Block period i.e FY 2022-23. • The unit has achieved positive NFE. • The unit has achieved employment of employment of 18 employees (Men-13, Women-5). • The Unit has been directed to file pending DSPF within one month.

Agenda Item No.04: Monitoring of Performance for M/s. Fortrea Scientific Pvt. Ltd- Unit 2

After deliberation, the committee noted the performance of the unit for FY 2020-21 i.e 5th year of 1st Block period (out of 5 years Block period of FY 2016-17 to FY 2020-21) and FY 2021-22 to FY 2023-24 i.e 3 years of 3rd Block period (out of 5 years Block period of Fy 2021-22 to FY 2025-26) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

• The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 16.24 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 30.44 in 05th year of 1st Block period i.e FY 2020-21. • The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 47.15 Crores during FY 2020-21 in the 5th year of 1st Block Period on cumulative basis. i.e. 99.59%. • The Unit has achieved export revenue of Rs. 52.65 Crores as against projected export of Rs. 53.70 in 3rd Year of 2nd Block period. • The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 52.3 Crores during FY 2023-24 in the 3rd year of 2nd Block Period on cumulative basis. i.e. 99.34% • The unit has achieved employment of employment of 128 employees (Men-69, Women-59).

Reason for Additional Area and reduction in Export Value:

     The unit has submitted that, Post COVID the company was operating with

limited office staff and in hybrid model. Now the unit is encouraging the employees to work from office. They are also converting some of their congested seating layout to more ‘liberal’ layout to improve employee satisfaction. Hence the unit has proposed for additional operational area to ensure sufficient availability of desk to their employees.

      The unit has informed that there is a slowdown in Oil & Gas Industry as

compared to FY 2022-23 forecast. Many of their global project are moving towards right. This has relatively lower the demand for their services to global executions centres. Considering this there is a relatively decrease in NFE due to global business challenges. The reduction in revenue is cyclical for Oil & Gas industry and they expect more business in future.
