File No.SEZ1-14/1/2022-NS M/s. TATA Consultancy Services Limited located at RBPL-SEZ. The unit requested for approval w.r.t. extension of validity for submission of registered lease deed and stated that they are not able to submit the registered lease deed due to delay in adjudication process at Registration Office. Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal and extended the period upto 31.12.2023 and directed the Unit to submit the registered lease deed within the extended period.
