The Minutes of the 42701 Meeting held on 29.05.2023 were confirmed with consensus. Agenda Item No. 02: Application of M/s. Siddhidhata Trading Company for setting up of anew unit at JNPA-SEZ. ae

M/s. Siddhidhata Trading Company had applied for setting up of a new unit at JNPA-SEZ for Warehousing and Services including Consolidation of Cargo, Quality Checking and Testing, Warehousing of manufacture of fertilisers, Bitumen and asphalt, Petroleum bitumen and other residues of petroleum oil, Organic composite solvents and thinners, Lubricating preparations, woven fabrics of synthetic filament yarn, Woven fabrics of artificial staple fibres, Wrap knit fabrics, Other Knitted or cro-cheted fabrics, Packing or Re-Packing, Labelling, Re-Labelling; at admeasuring area 7858 sq.mtrs, envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs. 1058.96 Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 55.00 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 1003.96 Lakhs over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 15 nos. (10 Men & 05 Women). Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee observed that the detailed Items for Warehousing / Services are not properly submitted and justified by the applicant. The Committee directed Specified Officer, JNPA-SEZ to examine proposal and furnish a detailed report. The Committee deferred the proposal of the applicant for setting up of a new unit at JNPA-SEZ and directed the applicant to submit detailed justification on warehousing of specific items. Agenda Item No. 03: Approval w.r.t. Duty free procurement of List of material of the Co- Developer, M/s. Nhava Sheva Business Park Private Limited, required for development of their FTWZ infrastructure. The Co-Developer requested for the approval of Duty Free procurement of List of Goods vide letter dated 07.06.2023 duly certified by Chartered Engineer Mr. Hitesh K. Assar, Registration No. AM-093601/7 dated 17.02.2006, amounting of Rs. 33,48,000 /- required for the development of their FTWZ infrastructure for giving required services to their clients. The Specified Officer, JNPA - SEZ vide letter dated 20.06.2023 has verified the above said list of goods and stated that the said goods are found fit for authorized operations. Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Nhava Sheva Business Park Private Limited (Co-Developer) for Duty Free procurement of list of goods amounting of Rs. 33,48,000/- required for development of their FTWZ infrastructure for giving required services to their clients within the Multi-sector SEZ located at JNPA-SEZ, developed by JNPA, Uran, Navi Mumbai

• 400707 in terms of Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and as per Instruction No. 50 issued by MOC&I dated 15.03.2010.

Agenda Item No. 04: Approval w.r.t. Additional List of material of the Co-Developer, M/s. Nhava Sheva Business Park Private Limited, required for development of their FTWZ infrastructure. The Co-Developer requested for the approval of Additional List of Goods vide letter dated 20.06.2023 duly certified by Chartered Engineer Mr. Hitesh K. Assar, Registration No. AM-093601/7 dated 17.02.2006, amounting of Rs. 27,06,868.02 /- required for the development of their FTWZ infrastructure for giving required services to their clients. The Specified Officer, JNPA - SEZ vide letter dated 20.06.2023 has verified the above said list of goods and stated that the said goods are found fit for authorized operations. Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Nhava Sheva Business Park Private Limited (Co-Developer) for additional list of goods amounting of Rs. 27,06,868.02 /- required for development of their FTWZ infrastructure for giving required services to their clients within the Multi-sector SEZ located at JNPA-SEZ, developed by JNPA, Uran, Navi Mumbai - 400707 in terms of Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and as per Instruction No. 50 issued by MOC&I dated 15.03.2010.
