Agenda Item No. 02: Application of M/s. TBI Maize-Processors Pvt. Ltd. for setting up of
a new unit at JNPA-SEZ.
M/s. TBI Maize-Processors Pvt. Ltd. have applied for setting up of a new unit
in

Manufacturing
of
Maize/Corn
Flour,
Maize/Corn-
Broken/Crushed/Cracked, Flacking Grits, Corn Grits, Corn Meal, Maize/Corn Bulk in
Container/ Clean packing PP Bags, Cattle Feed Duty Free 30 Percept; at admeasuring
area 5,000 sq.ft, envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs. 33,711.91 Lakhs, FE outgo of
Rs. 775.00 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 32,936.91 Lakhs over a period of 5 years with
employment generation of 50 nos. (40 Men & 10 Women).
Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. TBI Maize-
Processors Pvt. Ltd. for setting up of a new unit at M/s. JNPA-SEZ for Manufacturing of
Maize/Corn Flour, Maize/Corn-Broken/Crushed/Cracked, Flacking Grits, Corn Grits,
Corn Meal, Maize/Corn Bulk in Container/ Clean packing PP Bags, Cattle Feed Duty
Free 30 Percept; at admeasuring area 5,000 sq.ft, at Plot no. 2, Sector-7, Administration
building, Sheva, Navi Mumbai – 400 707, Maharashtra, envisaging FOB value of
exports of Rs. 33,711.91 Lakhs, FE outgo of Rs. 775.00 Lakhs and NFE of Rs.
32,936.91 Lakhs over a period of 5 years with employment generation of 50 nos. (40
Men & 10 Women).
Agenda Item No. 03: Application of M/s. Easy Raw Materials Pvt. Ltd. for setting up of a
new unit at JNPA-SEZ.
M/s. Easy Raw Materials Pvt. Ltd. have applied for setting up of a new unit at
JNPA-SEZ for Manufacturing / Services including Lac; gums, resins and other vegetable
saps and extracts, Cocoa and cocoa preparations, Miscellaneous edible preparations,
Inorganic chemicals, organic or inorganic compounds of precious metals of rare-earth
metals, of radioactive elements or of isotopes, Organic chemicals, Pharmaceutical
products, Albuminoidal substances; modified starches; glues; enzymes; at admeasuring
area 4120 sq.mtrs, envisaging FOB value of exports of Rs. 132200.00 Lakhs, FE outgo
of Rs. 39829.76 Lakhs and NFE of Rs. 92370.24 Lakhs over a period of 5 years with
employment generation of 115 nos. (69 Men & 46 Women).
Decision :- After deliberation, the Committee observed that the detailed Items for
Manufacturing / Services are not properly submitted by the applicant. The committee
directed Specified Officer, JNPA-SEZ to examine proposal before submitting to meeting.
Therefore, the committee deferred the proposal of the applicant for setting up of a new

unit at JNPA-SEZ and directed the applicant to submit revised application with specific
items details with justification.
Agenda Item No. 03 : Approval w.r.t. List of Goods of the Co-Developer, M/s. Nhava
Sheva
Business
Park
Private
Limited, required for
development
of
their
FTWZ
infrastructure.
The Co-Developer requested for the approval of List of Goods vide letter dated
14.02.2023 duly certified by Chartered Engineer Mr. Hitesh K. Assar, Registration No.
AM-093601/7 dated 17.02.2006, amounting of Rs. 1,33,38,000 /- required for the
development of their FTWZ infrastructure for giving required services to their clients.
The Specified Officer, JNPA – SEZ vide letter dated 16.02.2023 has verified the
above said list of goods and stated that the said goods are found fit for authorized
operations.
Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee approved the proposal of M/s. Nhava Sheva
Business Park Private Limited (Co-Developer) for list of goods amounting of Rs.
1,33,38,000/- required for development of their FTWZ infrastructure for giving required
services to their clients within the Multi-sector SEZ located at JNPA-SEZ, developed by
JNPA, Uran, Navi Mumbai - 400707 in terms of Rule 12(2) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and as
per Instruction No. 50 issued by MOC&I dated 15.03.2010.
