The Minutes of the 60th Meeting held on 27.02.2023 were confirmed with
consensus.

Agenda Item No. 02 : Monitoring of Partial Annual Performance report of the unit M/s.
Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Limited, Festus– SEZ for the period April
2022 to December 2022.
The Partial Annual Performance Report for the period April 2022 to December
2022 were submitted by the Unit and verified by the Specified Officer, Festus – SEZ vide
letter dated 15.12.2022. The unit has achieved positive NFE of Rs. 63,351 Lakhs on
cumulative basis as per S.O.’s verification report.
Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee noted the performance of M/s. Cognizant
Technology Solutions India Private Limited located at Festus – SEZ for the April 2022 to
December 2022 in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.
Meeting ended with the vote of thanks to the Chair.
