क गई। इकाई ने िव: वष 2024-25 के दौरान संचयी आधार पर
77,480.46 लाख \पये का सकारा]मक संचयी एनएफई हा3सल िकया है।
 
The Annual Performance Report for the FY 2024-25 was
submitted by the unit. The unit has achieved positive cumulative
NFE of Rs. 77,480.46/- Lakhs on cumulative basis during the
FY 2024-25.
 
िनणय: - िवचार-िवमश के बाद, सिम5त ने सेज़ िनयम, 2006 के िनयम
54 के संदभ म मेसस िव"ो 'लिमटेड (फे टस-सेज़) के "दशन को नोट
िकया।
 
Decision: 
- After deliberation, the Committee noted the
performance of M/s. Wipro Limited (Festus-SEZ) in terms of
Rule 54 of SEZ Rules, 2006.

It was also noted that,
1. The observation recorded in the agenda regarding the
“incorrect figures mentioned in Column No. 4(B) and
4(B)(vi) of the Annual Performance Report (APR) for
the period 2024–25” has been re-verified and found to
be in order.

2. As per the letter dated 21.07.2025 received from the
Assistant Commissioner (Audit) SEEPZ-SEZ, Mumbai
regarding Audit Para No. 17 (i) — Audit Objection:
Delay in realization of foreign currency and Audit Para
No. 17 (ii) — Audit Objection: Incorrect reporting in
APR 2014-15 for unrealized foreign currency in respect
of M/s. Wipro Limited was dropped and same has been
noted by the Committee.
