सTवसेज (लिमटेड (फे9टस-सेज़) के दशन को नोट
िकया।

- After deliberation, the Committee
noted

(Festus-SEZ) in terms of Rule 54 of SEZ Rules,
2006.
सिमBत ने इकाई को एनएफई को अBतरंAजत करने से
बचने के (लए 2024-25 क अवBध के (लए उनके ारा
9तुत एपीआर के सही आंकड़े *म संZया 8 (िपछले
वष के अंत म एनएफई कमाई क J9थBत) और *म
संZया 9 (पांच साल क अवBध के (लए संचयी
एनएफईई कमाई) दान करने का भी िनदeश िदया।
 
The Committee also directed the unit to provide the
correct figures at Sr. No. 8(NFE earning position at the
end of previous year) and Sr. No. 9(Cumulative NFEe
earning for the five year period) of the APR submitted by
them for the period of 2024-25, to avoid overstatement of
NFE.

The Quarterly Performance Report for the period
April 2025 to June 2025 was submitted by the
Developer and verified by the Specified Officer,
Festus-SEZ vide letter dated 07.11.2025. 
 
िनणय: – िवचार-िवमश के बाद, किमटी ने डेवलपर
यानी मेसस फे9टस ॉपट:ज़ ाइवेट (लिमटेड –SEZ
क अैल 2025 से जून 2025 तक क Bतमाही
परफॉमfस Oरपोट पर यान िदया, जो SEZ #स,
2006 के ल 12(6) और ल 22(4) के िहसाब से है।
इसके अलावा, किमटी ने यह भी साफ करने का िनदeश
िदया िक ,या डेवलपर ारा खरीदे गए सामान/सTवस
MoC&I ारा 15.03.2010 को जारी इं9ट7,शन नंबर
50 के अनुसार अूgड हh ।
 
Decision:- After deliberation, the Committee
noted the Quarterly Performance Report for the
period April 2025 to June 2025 of the Developer
i.e. M/s. Festus Properties Pvt. Ltd. –SEZ of in
terms of Rule 12(6) and Rule 22(4) of SEZ Rules,
2006.
