F.No. 01/60/162/129/AM12/EFGC(PRC) PRC Meeting No. 14/AM12 dated: 12.07.2011 Subject: Grant of EOP extension of advance authorization no. 09001891 dt. 3.3.1999, if not, clubbed with other five advance authorizations for regularization. The Committee rejected the request for grant of EOP extension of advance authorization no. 09001891 dt. 3.3.1999 however it decided to examine the details regarding EO fulfilled/imports made of all the five authorizations to decide about the request for clubbing.

The claim of applicant, that delay occurred by NC to clarify the description of export product, has been found to be incorrect. The committee felt that there was hardly any delay on the part of DGFT warranting relaxation.
