F.No.18/03/AM10/EPCG­II 14  EPCG authorizations issued  in  2000­ 2001  and       2001­2002 Clubbing  of  EPCG Licence  issued  under different  licencing  years under Policy Relaxation. The  Committee  noted  that the  firm  has  fulfilled  the conditions,  namely  the  licences were issued from the same RA, for the same export  product  and  under the  same  Custom Notification,  except  the condition  of  ‘same  year’.  As there is no condition as such in the current  policy, the  Committee  therefore, approved  the  clubbing  of the EPCG licences.     12 (A­ 33) M/S. J.C. Textiles P. Ltd.
