    The Committee noted that above mentioned DFIA has already endorsed as transferred. The Committee therefore rejected the request of the firm.

Case No.04 M/s Astra Lingting Limited Indore

Subject:­  Request for revalidation of advance licence 2210007756 dated 02.05.2008.

 The Committee noted the request of the firm and decided to reject as no cogent and justified reasons establishing genuine hardship have been provided by the firm.

Case No.05 M/s Arvind Limited Bangalore.

Subject:­ Clubbing of two AA No. 0710052684 dated 02.08.2007 with 0710053212 dated 07.09.2007.

   The  Committee  considered  the  request  of  the  firm  and  decided  to  allow  to    club  above      2    advance  authorizations  for  the  purpose  of regularization.  RA may revalidate the concerned advance authorizations subject to payment of composition fee @1% of the unutilized CIF value of the authorization and also subject to verification of EO fulfilment status as claimed by the firm by RA. Extension in EO required for clubbing and regularization of authorizations where there is shortfall will be done by imposing a composition fee @5% per year as already decided in the PRC meeting held on 6.1.2010.  RA is directed to examine the case in terms of Public Notice No.  23 dated 4.12.2009 and make necessary endorsements regarding value addition of minimum 15% or as stipulated in the authorization whichever is higher. The 15% value addition for evaluating entitlement is to be applied on the entire FOB and CIF of the authorization. RA should ensure proper accounting of the duty free inputs with reference to the export product while clubbing the authorizations.

Subject:­ Request for revalidation & EOP extension of AA No. 0510217071 dated 27.02.2008.

  The  Committee  considered  the  request  of  the  firm  and  decided  that  as  the  case  was  covered  under  Para  2.12  of  HBP  Vol.I  2009­14,  no relaxation is required.  The  Committee agreed to the request of the firm rather than represent the RA to take necessary action only to avoid further delay.

Case No.07 M/s Gulbardarshan Chemicals.

F.No. 01/60/162/791/AM10/EFGC(PRC)  Subject:­ EOP extension & clubbing of two annual advance authorizations no. 3410014462 dt. 30.9.2005 and 3410012108 dt. 6.12.2004.

The  Committee  noted  that  the  request  has  been  made  for  two  authorizations  issued  in  2005  and  2008  respectively.  The  gap  between  two authorization issued is substantial and as such the Committee did not agree to club these two authorizations.

Case No.09 M/s. Shri Manabendra Nath, Kolkata.

Subject:­ Import of 27,13,178 Nos of Ornamental Fishes(Eight Species)

  The Committee noted that no objection certificate has been provided by D/o AHD&F  for import of 27,13,178 Nos. Live Ornamental Fishes  for stock and sales. In view of the aforesaid recommendations, PRC acceded to the request of the applicant for grant of import licence for stock and sale purpose.

Case No.10  M/s Vaneeta Impex Pvt. Limited  Delhi

Subject:­ Import of Copper wire rod from Sri Lanka Free Trade Agreement.

  The Committee granted post­facto approval to the regularization of the imports of copper wire rod from Sri Lanka under ISFTA made by the Company from ICD, Loni in relaxation of the provision of Notification No. 8 dated 10.11.2004.

Case No.11  Department of Animal Huusbandary Dairying & Fisheres.

F.No 01/89/180/0053/AM00/PC­2 Subject:­ Request for exemption from labeling requirement for import of Milk Powder by National Dairy Development Board (NDDB).    The  Committee  considered  the  request  of  Department  of  Animal  Husbandry,  Dairying  &  Fisheries  and  decided  to  relax  the  requirements  of additional labelling as stipulated under codition No. 8 of Ch 1A of ITC (HS) for import by NDDB of 30,000 MTs of skimmed Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder and 15,000 MTs of Butter,  Butter Oil and anhydrous milk fat under the TRQ for the FY 2011­12.
